The room was cold and they hadn’t something to keep in warm! But actually this is good hotel And it’s safe Two receptions stuff in front desk,helped me with great job Geraldine and Albani

This is an excellent hotel for international travellers. You will not find a better hotel in Caracas with the facilities and service it has to offer. I have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions and can highly recommend it. The rooms are very well equipped and modern, with modern fitted shower rooms. There is a roof terrace with a pool which is popular, so a great place to relax in the evening and be social. The gym is one of the biggest in Caracas and is very popular with locals so a great place to hang out and get to comfortably mix with local people. The gym has all the equipment that you would find in a dedicated purpose built gym, including squat racks, huge range of free weight, benches, cable machines and of course cardio machines. The service is excellent as well, the reception is very helpful and I found them very accommodating to any guest needs I may have. The staff look after the hotel and it is regularly cleaned and common areas are kept in very good order. There is security at the front which provides secure entry in the evening times. The hotel is in the centre of Caracas located in a metropolitan area so it is safe to move around in as a international. If you do visit this hotel I would recommend the Millennium cafe around the corner next to Panadería La Crossantina. There are great local Venezuelan dishes offered there, and can pay with card. If you are looking for modern, comfortable living at great value, you will not find better than this hotel. Este es un excelente hotel para viajeros internacionales. No encontrará un hotel mejor en Caracas con las instalaciones y el servicio que tiene para ofrecer. Me he alojado en este hotel en varias ocasiones y lo recomiendo encarecidamente. Las habitaciones están muy bien equipadas y son modernas, con modernos cuartos de ducha equipados. Hay una terraza en la azotea con una piscina que es popular, por lo que es un gran lugar para relaj**** por la noche y socializar. El gimnasio es uno de los más grandes de Caracas y es muy popular entre los lugareños, por lo que es un gran lugar para pasar el rato y mezcl**** cómodamente con la gente local. El gimnasio tiene todo el equipo que encontrará en un gimnasio especialmente diseñado, incluidos soportes para sentadillas, una amplia gama de pesas, bancos, máquinas de cable y, por supuesto, máquinas de cardio. Although I was born and raised in Caracas, I emigrated 20 years ago and had not returned since 2009 but a lot has changed. In a city that is full of challenges and difficulties for most of it's residents, Lidohotel provided an experience that I did not expect. It's not about the fine furnishings or rooftop restaurant or the top 4 things that I look for when boking a hotel room; clean room, comfortable bed, good and silent AC and good water pressure which Lidotel checks all, it's the staff that really make the difference. Every single employee from the housekeepers, to front desk to Novueau Restaurant like Noel, Marialys, Richard and many more that that escape my memory at the moment. In a country where minimum wage is less that $10 a month but has now shifted to a dollarized economy, it's simply amazing to run into people that go to work every day with a smile on their face with the goal of being of service to every guest and a the same time improve their own quality of life by working hard for tips so please tip often when you come.

Like other occasions, once more I came back to JW MARRIOTT in caracas who has the best attention in the excellent restaurant. You know you have been here a lot when che chef offers something special because you know all of the menu. We enjoyed the perfect dinner with the best risotto (ANRAN) in caracas.
