"I don't know how to say this... I have traveled to many towns and cities in Italy over the years, have stayed in many good airbnb and hotels. I was very impressed with Da N'facci in the town of Carini, Sicily. The staff, the environment, the clenliness of the room and the host Mr. Girolamo who made us feel comfortable and treated us as family. I recommend to any traveler who is visiting Palermo and looking for accomodations, to stay at Da 'N facci located at Via Nazionale 158 Carini Villagrazia, PA, Sicily, you will not regret it. ＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞ Non so come dirlo... sono stato in molte città e paesi in Italia nel corso degli anni, ho soggiornato in molti ottimi hotel e airbnb. Sono rimasto molto colpito alloggiando da Da 'N facci nel comune di Carini Villagrazia, in Sicilia. Il personale, l'ambiente, la pulizia della camera e l'ospite Sig. Girolamo che ci ha fatto sentire a nostro agio e come in famiglia. Consiglio a tutti i viaggiatori che visitano Palermo e cercano un alloggio, di soggiornare presso Da Nfacci situato in Via Nazionale 158 Carini Villagrazia, PA, Sicilia, non ve ne pentirete."

"Let's start by saying that no one welcomed us either upon arrival or when we left, they limited themselves via email to explaining to us how check-in and check-out took place. Upon arrival in the 2 apartments that we booked, while in 1 the situation was generally acceptable apart from a few hairs scattered on the floor, the other had significant hygiene deficiencies. 1 the walls of the room in some parts had evident humidity 2 the sofa that was also supposed to be a bed was unusable due to the horrible and abominable stains it had. 3 the toilet seat had a cleaning seal but it was all spattered with pee and the seal was only resting. 4 the most disgusting thing from under the furniture were bugs of the type mini cockroaches that were disgusting. Basically after having paid €342 for 2 nights we found ourselves having to clean the apartment ourselves to sleep in it since everyone in an apartment could not fit. Not only the damage but also the mockery that they did not want to refund us 1 apartment despite the evidence and none of the owners called to explain... I strongly advise against it."
