"Absolutely fantastic hotel- from top till bottom.. Staff, food, cleaning, facilities etc. Very helpful, with everyrhing. We Will visit again. Close too The Beach, and a few good restaurants In Cecina. - Restaurst at hotel does not serve childrens menu. A big minus. Staff In The bottom restaurant are Young and are not very good with children. Other than that. Perfect"

"Invited to a birthday party on the 6th floor of the hotel. Suggestive location for the view but it seems abandoned. Very dirty windows (it's true that a few dozen meters from the sea, but they could have been cleaned for the occasion), ruined chairs, cobwebs everywhere. Not to mention the food, not much and not even good. A miserable buffet with meatballs, rice balls (maybe?), 2 types of sandwich, raw ham. All without the possibility of an encore... Followed by a first course, then stop. Surely the budget of those who organized it was quite low, but a venue doesn't make a good impression by accepting because those who are invited don't do the math in the pockets of those who pay, but judge what the venue offers. The icing on the cake is the air conditioning; it didn't work and being the 17th of August that's saying a lot. The drinks on the table were all warm too. We were told that they were bought shortly before we arrived at a supermarket. Bhooo???? It's really a shame because the location is very beautiful and evocative."

"We stayed one night in the Love suite with balcony. The balcony had not seen the cleaningstaff for a while, dirty table n chairs. A/C working good, very minimal Breakfast. Good location close to Train and restaurants in this very quite town."

"Horrible hotel..not clean..cramped...no working air-conditioning...dirty bathrooms..missing light fittings. broken toilet seat. just hideous..we checked out after a stifling sleepless night and found another place to stay. I almost slept in my car as cooler."
