I would definitely choose this hotel again next time. It completely exceeded my expectations! The room was huge, the facilities were excellent, and the service was outstanding! The subway is conveniently located right downstairs, and there are plenty of food options nearby. The breakfast was especially good – it was truly fantastic! I wish I had stayed here on the first day! I rarely include photos in my reviews, but this place is definitely worth it!

Before my arrival, I received a call from Wenli Liu, the Assistant Manager of Guest Relations, who asked about my arrival time and any special requests. She kindly upgraded me to an executive floor room and prepared a fruit platter. Upon arrival, she thoughtfully told me to contact her anytime if I needed assistance. The room was clean and tidy with a great view. The staff on the executive floor were also very polite, and the room was tidied up promptly every day. The hotel's breakfast selection was quite rich and varied. It's an ideal place for business trips.

Here are a few points I must praise: Thoughtful Breakfast 🥐 The buffet breakfast was not just a perfunctory offering. The homemade yogurt was rich and creamy, perfectly complemented by honey, raisins, and banana chips – refreshing and healthy. The cold milk was also very fresh. In the hot dishes section, there were Sichuan-style stews and authentic spicy ox tongue salad, which was麻辣鲜香 (numbingly spicy, fragrant, and savory). Getting to taste the flavors of Chengdu so early in the morning was very satisfying! First-Class Amenities 🏊 The constant temperature swimming pool on the third floor was absolutely amazing. The water was clear and clean, and when there weren't many people, it felt like having the whole place to yourself. After a swim, I went to the gym for a run, with views of the Global Center visible right outside the floor-to-ceiling windows. The yoga room had solid wood flooring, and with the sunlight streaming in, the whole space felt incredibly healing. I followed a yoga session with the smart mirror, and after a good sweat, all the day's fatigue vanished. Overall Impression The service was attentive, the room was clean, and the location was convenient, not far from Intime and the Global Center. It's suitable for both business trips and family vacations. I will definitely choose this place again next time I come to Chengdu. Highly recommend!

Stayed here last minute because we got sick and delayed the next portion of our trip. The hotel is very new, so facilities and amenities are very well constructed and thought out. The room was very clean and comfortable, helping us to rest and recover. The only drawback was some loud construction happening in the lobby, and that check-in was a long process because it seems some of the staff are not yet familiar with checking in foreigners. I’m sure these issues will be smoothed out in time.

The high-floor panoramic windows offer expansive views of the city's southern district. The rooms are spacious and come with a full kitchen and a washer-dryer, offering complete home amenities, perfect for long stays on business trips. The public areas feature a high-altitude swimming pool and a gym, showcasing impressive hardware. The 24-hour front desk provides attentive service, balancing hotel service with a relaxed, home-like feel. Highly recommended for business trips and extended stays.

The front desk staff, Xiao Yan, was incredibly gentle and processed our check-in quickly and thoughtfully. Highly recommend! The service was efficient, and they patiently answered all our questions, making for an excellent experience. The restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes, and the food tasted great. The location was also convenient for getting around.

A good hotel on Building C of very tall towers, very close to the Century City Metro Station. There's Dicos and KFC nearby for those wanting an alternative to Chinese food. You can see Global Center shopping centre which is one Metro stop away or you can get there on a share bicycle. Excellent and extensive bike ways in the whole area. Room price was very reasonable for this quality accommodation.

Housekeeping regularly tidied up and replenished supplies, and there were no strange odors in the room. The ventilation was excellent, making for a comfortable and reassuring stay. Environment: It's right next to Tiexiang Temple Water Street, offering a rich variety of dining, entertainment, and shopping options, which is super convenient. Service: All the staff were warm and attentive. From the front desk to the cleaning crew, everyone I met would politely greet me, and they were all very friendly. The self-service breakfast offered a wide and diverse selection, making for a great dining experience. My entire stay was pleasant and relaxing. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area and will recommend it to my friends.

I specifically chose this hotel for my parents and me. The hotel was very thoughtful, arranging adjacent rooms on the same floor, which made it easy to look after them. The room had handrails, and the bathroom floor was non-slip, which made showering much safer for my elderly parents. There are many great restaurants downstairs and a shopping mall, which is super convenient! My parents said they'd definitely stay at this kind of hotel again next time we travel.
