"The room was clean and the sea view is great. The resorts is very big and you can access alot of facilities throughout you stay. The location is 20 mins away from beirut. I recommend choosing this hotel if you are looking for a stay at the beach. s"

"This is my second time in Bkerzay - and i was frankly dissapointed. I went there for the first time 2 years ago and was really fond of the experience and the nature and the whole set up and concept. I wanted the rest of the family to experience it. This time around - the service was slow, the room we were allocated had some buzzing noise that turned out to be the electricity panel, ticking the entire night, we barely got any sleep in ! The staff wasn't too accommodating for this and offered a sorry with no other compensation, particularly given one comes to such location to unwind and have a peaceful night. Although the pottery classes are very enjoyable and huge credit to both Ahmeds for their patient and hospitality - the items we made broke on the way back as the clay obviously didn't have time to set. The set up itself is more so designed for the experience of doing pottery rather then ending up with an item/ souvenir, particularly with such short time frame, and should be advertised as such. Perhaps some delivery service once the pieces are dry. The nature walk, albeit wonderful to be out in nature and exercise, wasn't very safe at time either with unclear paths despite a map that honestly wasn't useful. Again, this should also be something to inform the guests. The location is truly stunning and the rooms were very clean, and the bes very comfortable but disappointed with the lack of attention to detail and value for the paying customer. Hoping for some improvements !"

"I am writing to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the experience I recently had at your restaurant. As a loyal patron, I have always enjoyed the ambiance and cuisine of your establishment, but my recent visit left much to be desired. Firstly, let me address the issue of seating. Upon arrival, my party and I were seated in an area that was notably uncomfortable and poorly maintained. Sun was all over the place , we were seated next to the Charcoal Igniting area , No view of the valley or mountains , but the only view we had was the kitchen door and bathroom windows Furthermore, the quality of the food served was far below the standard I have come to expect from your restaurant. The dishes were presented in a haphazard manner , been sitting in the sun for a period of time . It was evident that little care or consideration had been given to the preparation and presentation of the meals. Equally disappointing was the level of service we received. Our server was alone to cover all our staff, leaving us waiting for extended periods before taking our orders and failing to check in on us throughout the meal. A simple example was asking for a an extra dish of hummus , and the comment received was ( this is all we can serve) Additionally, I was dismayed to overhear members of your staff making derogatory remarks about us complaining about the heat and seating area , replying in a meaning of " this is what you get ,deal with it" This type of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your establishment. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy at all times. Unfortunately, my recent experience fell far short of these expectations. In light of these issues, I urge you to take immediate action to address the issues raised and to implement measures to ensure that such incidents do not recur in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing from you soon regarding the steps you plan to take to address these concerns."
