First impression arriving in this hotel was kind of 50/50 for the 5star but the next day meeting the manager made me feel very comfortable of staying in the hotel , and his assistant was great because having a fab manager in the hotel your staying is very important. Some how meeting the manager and getting greeting from his side was very effective of staying in the hotel happily. I got to say Ramzee which is the name of the manager at this hotel was very kind and helpful as my sister’s baggage was lost on the way from airport to this hotel but from his chasing up from Ramzee at least few times a day this baggage got found and hand in to her .. all this hard work was credited to Ramzee the manager of this hotel. To be honest something impossible became possible from him. Also he was there whenever we needed to talk to him or ask for anything he would do his best. I would like to thank him for all the support given ,we all really appreciated his hard work and for sure we won’t forget him 🇹🇷. We had very memorable moments in this hotel 👍. If I be too honest there are a few things still can be improved and upgraded as every 5star hotel should aim to look for upgrading the quality of things as there is a competition between the hotels. Maybe visiting other top 5star hotels should be compared and would be a great idea to see what things need to be improved on. Maybe the quality of cleaning in the bedrooms, educating staff on the reception .. knowing some English is very important as English is international language and more greeting and respect on the arrival of new guests is must also the first approach is very important as what the Manager did and made us feel positive if staying in the hotel. All the bad reviews are true. This hotel doesn't deserve 5 stars. 1. There is a big language problem for English speaking population. The only language the staff understands is Russian and Turkish. Just 1 person at the front desk and 1 person at guest relation know little bit of English. Get ready to use a lot of sign language. 2. The large room is just of a standard size with 2 single beds and 1 double bed cramped together. The Air conditioner is not upto the mark. If an Indian guy can sweat in the room, then then the European folks will be fried. The bathroom is dirty. The towels are not white but creamish. There is no toiletries like toothbrushes etc. the balcony is simply useless. There is no electric kettle and on top of it there was no Safe. 3. There is only 1 restaurant which serves buffet which doesnt change everyday. Fixed menu. Though the food is of an average taste. There is a large outdoor sitting but limited indoor sitting. 4. Bars serve you unlimited alcohol but the alcohol used is a local one. Except the bar near the reception, noneth of the bartenders knew how to make good cocktails. 5. Evening animation is average but thy did have a nice carnival in the afternoon of 16th June which my kids enjoyed. 6. There is a mini zoo which the kids enjoyed. They were mainly busy feeding the animals. 7. The waterpark is average with 3 not so tall slides. No bar at the waterpark and it really gets busy at daytime 8. The pool is a saving grace for the hotel. Big large pool open uptil late. 9. The beach is a disappointment. There is a ill maintained pier with no sitting space. The beach is a pebble beach with limited sunbeds. So you have to put something to grab them early. The sunset was good and peaceful. There is a disco by the beach 10. The elevators are slow and you will spend hours waiting for them. 11. The indoor pool doesn't work 12. The reception staff is mixed. We didn't have the adaptor for our Indian phone chargers as the Turkish sockets are different. We asked if the hotel has a spare one..the front desk guy mentioned that there is one but we need to purchase a used phone charger for 20€ whereas we bought a brand new 25W charger from shop across the road for 15€. 13. The location aint the best one. 2 hours away from Antalya and 30min away from Alanya. For those who don't have a rental car, this could be a pain as the taxi prices are inflated. 14. They do have a representative from Tej tours in the hotel and the excursions can be booked from them though they are 10% more expensive In nutshell, this hotel is a strict no for international travellers coming from English speaking world

I have been a guest at this hotel for quite some time and my experience so far has been excellent. The people working at Hotel Litore were always responsive, friendly, hospitable. The atmosphere is wonderful, the food is delicious. I never had a single complaint until last week (November 4th). I had the most horrible experience a woman can have. I felt insecure, scared, threatened. At 11 pm there was a knock in my hotel room. I was in the shower and my friend (female) opened the door and saw the front office manager Sait at our door. I could hear them talking at the door. This went on for about 10 minutes while I was still in the shower. When I entered our room, they were talking on the balcony. Imagine my complete shock while I was still undressed when I saw someone from the hotel, a manager, in our room. Up until that point I had just exchanged a few words with him in the hotel lobby and had never given him any indication that I had or could have any interest in him. I or my friend never invited him to visit us in our room. It never occurred to me that something like this could happen. I was literally shocked. I won't lie, I was scared that something might happen to me and my friend. I felt insecure and scared. I got dressed in a hurry, put on whatever I could find, just so he wouldn't see me naked. He started asking me if I have a boyfriend, am I single while looking at me suspiciously. Luckily my friend was calm and told him we should leave the room now. Fortunately, he left too. Anyway, I have never felt more scared and insecure in my entire life. In a place where I should be relaxing and having fun, I was made to feel scared for my own safety as a woman. In such a friendly county, in a hotel where I have always been treated with respect, to feel so humiliated by a man in a leadership position... This is unacceptable. It also speaks badly for the hotel. I strongly believe that this person should not be an employee at Hotel Litore because his actions reflect on the hotel as well. We also informed the general manager of the hotel about the situation but he took no action and covered up the whole situation as it never happened. It's been a few days and I'm home now, but I'm still having nightmares about it. As a woman, I feel helpless. This man's actions were appalling, but what shocked me even more was the lack of any action by his superior. No one even apologized to me. I didn't get one: sorry. This is truly unacceptable. I honestly don't think women can feel safe there. We were lucky that nothing more happened, but I don't know if some other women will be as lucky as we were, or if something worse could happen to them.
