"I stayed at this hotel for a few nights with my family and we loved it! The rooms look newly renovated. The beds and pillows were very very comfortable. I also really enjoyed the breakfast options, definitely a lot more hot food items than I’ve had at other hotels. Overall, a very clean hotel with wonderful staff! I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend!"

"I booked rooms through guest reservations for two nights and when we arrived we did not have any rooms available and found out that our rooms had been given to another customer. I was able to get additional rooms at my own expense. After months of trying to recover booking costs from booking agent and motel I ended up having to accept the loss of my reservation fees of $1571.00 because we were listed as a no show. I would not recommend staying at this motel!!"

"If you are a Railfan then this area on the Wyoming Coal Lines is best place to watch trains and staff in Bill are great!! Also at the hotel and diner in Bill you can meet all the train engineers. My son loves to Railfan. This is our favorite place to go every year !!"

"This Hotel felt very run down for the cost. The young girl checking us in acted as if she had better things do do than help us. As to be almost expected these days. We were on the 2nd floor, no elevators, maybe if she asks maintenance they can find time to help with our bags. But we didn’t want to wait. Me with Stage 4 terminal cancer and my husband is 68, we were really read to chill in our room."

"My employer makes me stay here and it’s absolutely disgusting. Most of the time after I check in I have to clean my bathroom because it’s usually full of *****. Luckily the supply room is always unlocked so I can access the cleaning supplies. I always check the bed to make sure I have clean sheets. It’s happened where the bed is full of hair so that tells me that the bedding wasn’t changed. Out of all of the Travelodges that I’ve had to stay in, this one is the worst. The front desk people are nice and so are the cooks in the restaurant. The housekeeping department needs major improvements. It’s obviously hard to find good help in this part of the state because it’s far from any towns and or cities. If I was traveling through I would NOT pay to stay in this motel. I certainly hope that this place improves its housekeeping."

"The sheets appeared clean, but the bedspread did not. I think that their rooms and the quality and furnishings vary from great to not-so-great. The first room we were given was a smoking room and we wanted a non smoking. But the smoking room looked pretty cool. It was set up almost like an apartment with two bedrooms and a small kitchen with a back door. But the smell of smoke was too much for us. The second room had a t.v. that looked like it was from the 1970s. We didn't try to use it. The bathroom had a shower but not a tub. Look at my pictures for more information."
