Absolutely loved it! Brand new hotel with the friendliest staff! If you are looking for a place to stay in Da Lat, just book this hotel (at 11 Phan Nhu Thach). It’s amazing and totally worth the money! *Great Location: Super convenient! It’s surrounded by tons of places to eat, and you can easily walk to Da Lat Market and the Hoa Binh area. No need to worry about traffic or catching a taxi. *Super New Rooms: I checked in just 2 days after their opening, so everything was untouched and sparkling clean! The furniture and amenities are modern and high-quality. Definitely book the room with the bathtub—it’s perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking. *Nice Little Details: The balcony has an automatic watering system, and there are 3 elevators so you never have to wait long. The fire safety system feels very professional and safe. Also, for those riding motorbikes, the parking basement slope is gentle and super easy to drive down. *Amazing Staff: The service here is top-notch. Everyone—from the luggage guard and parking staff to the housekeepers—is polite and always greets you with a warm smile. Big thanks to the front desk team who were incredibly cheerful and welcoming from check-in until the moment we got into our car to leave. Special shout-out to Mr. Tu for being so helpful and sweet! *Price: Very reasonable price for such a premium experience. 11/10! I will definitely come back next time I’m in Da Lat!

Great central location, very convenient for the market and food stalls. The room we booked was a bit small, which could be considered a minor drawback. However, this was fully compensated by the room rate. In my opinion, it's a perfect option for a one or two-night stay in Dalat.

My family stayed in two 'Superior no window' rooms, which were quite affordable compared to other room types. The rooms were also spacious, tidy, and clean. Each room was provided with two large glass bottles of water, which was convenient. The only downside was that the breakfast buffet had limited options, and the food was just okay. Oh, and there's a free photo booth in the lobby, with two prints per room. The staff were enthusiastic and friendly. We had a slight issue with paperwork during check-in, but they tried their best to assist us. The soundproofing in the rooms was also decent. We also stayed in a 'Premier with window' room, but the window couldn't be opened. The view of Da Lat night market wasn't noisy at all.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and fresh, with no strange smells. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. All the facilities were well-maintained and easy to use, and the natural light and ventilation were excellent. The service was attentive and thoughtful, and the overall value for money was outstanding. My entire stay was delightful, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.

This hotel is located right next to the night market, which is super convenient for getting around. The place is clean, and the food was delicious and suited my family's taste perfectly. Location was excellent as it was walking distance to the night market. Plenty of shops and eateries around the area, but can be a bit noisy with the activities downstairs. Most important, this hotel has a lift, so easy for guest with luggage to haul. Rooms without air-condition, comes with a stand fan but bearable as the weather in Feb is cooling. Overall, an excellent stay. View from the balcony of the room.

The location is fantastic, really close to the city center, which made it super convenient for walks and exploring the lakeside. It was clean and hygienic, and the front desk staff were very helpful. Excellent value for money! If you're in Da Lat, you absolutely have to check out the coffee shops! Spending an afternoon there, just relaxing and admiring the mountain views, is incredibly refreshing.

The hotel is right in the heart of Dalat, yet the panoramic views from the windows make you feel like you're out in the countryside! The enormous bed and spacious terrace are 100% highlights of this room and hotel. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are super-friendly. We loved it!

I stayed for 3 nights from Jan 21st to 24th. On the day I checked in, I thought I had lost 700,000 Vietnamese Dong somewhere between Ho Chi Minh City and the hotel, and had completely forgotten about it. However, later the reception desk handed me an envelope containing 700,000 Dong, saying it was money I had dropped during check-in. Thanks to them, I was able to use it for my travel expenses, which was great. Thank you!

The furnishings seem quite new. Great amendities like kettle and hairdryer, and the bed and duvet/pillows were bery comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.
