Ξενοδοχεία κοντά σε Old Train Station, Νταλάτ

To be honest, this hotel gave my group of three quite a scare. I booked a family suite over a month ago. Last night, after a long journey, we arrived at the hotel around 11 PM. The hotel staff led us to the first room, but when we opened the door, it was already occupied. We then went back to the front desk, and they assigned us a second room. Upon opening that door, we found the room hadn't been cleaned. So, it was back to the front desk again (and the crucial part is, this hotel has no elevator 🛗, so we had to climb up and down two or three flights of stairs; doing this after a long, nauseating car ride certainly made us angry). The front desk finally resolved the issue by giving us two twin rooms 🤦🏻‍♀️. The lack of smooth communication was truly disappointing. Fortunately, this morning, two hotel employees brought us some fruit and an apology letter, offering their apologies 🙇🏻‍♀️. This somewhat soothed our disappointment. Otherwise, I would have definitely given the hotel a bad review. As it is, I'm simply sharing our honest experience.

I booked this hotel because I wanted to experience the night market view. Mr. Pham Phu Dong checked me in. I asked for a room with a great view and they gave me one with a panoramic view. The view was so amazing that pictures don't do it justice. Maybe I was lucky, but my room and bathroom were also very clean. My family are heavy sleepers, so a little noise wasn't a problem for us. We expected it to be noisy since it's right in front of the main night market square, so it was actually fine. Plus, the beautiful view made us overlook the noise. We might have also been very tired. I even wondered if the shower filter had changed. It wasn't as bad as some reviews suggested. However, the breakfast rumors were true 😂😅. There was nothing really worth eating. You'd be better off taking a Grab to get some delicious food and then starting your day. Dalat has so many amazing food options! The best thing at breakfast was the fruit juice. It was a passion fruit juice, so delicious I wanted to buy some. I asked, and they said it's made with real fruit... no wonder it tasted so different from what you get elsewhere! 👍🏻👍🏻 So, I think we had at least 5 glasses of passion fruit juice for breakfast. 👍🏻👍🏻 It was also great that it was close not only to the night market but also to the traditional market. The traditional market really changes from morning to afternoon. In the morning, where vegetables were sold, you could find clothes or accessories later, and they also seemed to sell simple porridge and noodles. Make sure to visit the traditional market side, not just the night market. Every alley truly gives off that authentic Vietnamese Dalat vibe. Finally, a big thank you to Mr. Pham Phu Dong 😊 for helping us create wonderful memories of Dalat in such a fantastic panoramic view room. Thank you, and I wish you good health always.

Thank you for the friendly and generous welcome we had from reception staff name Thuy. It was great & lovely stay with wonderful hospitality throughout..

The location is very good, but this individual hotel is too poorly soundproof, students who have poor sleep are careful, the rest is nothing special, just an ordinary hotel, not suitable for vacation, suitable for poor travel.

Celebrated 15 years when coming to Da Lat. Enthusiastic staff, great location

A very pleasant hotel, at a reasonable price, with helpful staff! Since the room was ready early, we were able to check in early. There are some minor downsides regarding the worn-out room, but the view and service completely make up for this ♥️

The room is clean and tidy, with a good size and complete toiletries. There is a night market not far downstairs. The air bed in the bathroom causes slightly poor sound insulation. Dalat is really cool, more than ten degrees cooler than nearby Nha Trang, which is really suitable for summer vacation.

Solid experience. The people at the front desk were very accommodating. The location is top notch! It’s near everywhere. The view was superb!! 100000/10

The hotel is a bit old, the room is small
