When we checked out, they gave us rose petal cakes (Xianhuabing) and yogurt as a parting gift. The rose cakes were absolutely delicious! The staff also helped us with our luggage. One evening, I suddenly felt unwell, and the staff were very responsible, helping me call a taxi and even bringing me some needed sweet soup. 3. The pick-up service was also very punctual, and the driver was very kind. 4. **Couples' Afternoon Tea:** The delivery was quick, and enjoying it on the balcony with the view was very comfortable. 5. **Breakfast:** It was nutritious and served for a long time. The delivery lady was very thoughtful, always offering more if needed. The 24-hour light meal service was very convenient, and the food tasted great! 👍 6. **Facilities:** The shower system could use a slight improvement; water tends to leak out when showering. However, the bathtub was very large and filled up quickly.

The room has an excellent location; just downstairs, you'll find an ecological promenade. The room we booked featured floor-to-ceiling windows offering direct views of Erhai Lake, making access to the lake incredibly convenient. However, since it's located in a village, transportation to the ancient town or Cangshan Mountain for sightseeing isn't very convenient, and taxis are difficult to hail. I recommend renting the guesthouse's electric scooter; it's both affordable and practical. The guesthouse owner is fantastic! You can take a taxi to the village entrance, and the owner will come to pick you up on an electric scooter. On the day we left, there was a heavy downpour, and the owner patiently helped us find a car to get back to the ancient town. Highly recommended!

Afternoon Tea: There's afternoon tea every day, and it's not just a perfunctory offering – they have really delicious cakes and such. Welcome Fruit: Freshly washed fruit is provided daily. Service: The service is truly excellent. As someone who used to work as a server, I can say the attitude here is outstanding. Environment: It's exceptionally clean and tidy, and the staff are very friendly and never superficial. Hygiene: Superb. I'll definitely recommend this to my friends and family next time! 👍

I rarely write reviews, but this hotel truly touched me. As an architect/interior designer, hotel design, aesthetics, and facilities have always been my top criteria when traveling. I've stayed in many hotels both domestically and internationally. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to book the newly built room type at Zuodu; the older section was just okay in terms of comfort. If you have the option, I definitely recommend choosing the new room types. The hotel is located right on the scenic coastal road. Its somewhat remote location makes it even quieter compared to S Bay, yet the surrounding scenery is still fantastic. What really made me want to check in here was their service. First, I chose two room types, and both included breakfast, plus daily afternoon tea options. The breakfast was quite rich, served buffet style, with Western, Cantonese, and rice noodle options. The restaurant environment is also excellent, with a great ambiance for photos both indoors and outdoors. Honestly, I've been to Dali many times, and hotels in this price range rarely offer breakfast, let alone afternoon tea. A cup of coffee costs 30-40 yuan, and you can order two per room, along with fruit and flower cakes. Besides the food, the hotel's other thoughtful services were also very impressive. This included shuttle service to and from the parking lot, and to and from the airport (we were a group of 5, 3 adults and 2 children, and the hotel provided a complimentary 7-seater shuttle from Longkan Pier, and the airport drop-off price was also upgraded from a 5-seater to a 7-seater for free). Bottled water in the hotel is unlimited and self-service. Instant coffee, tea bags, and steam eye masks are provided daily in the room, and none of them are off-brands. In the public restrooms, they thoughtfully provide sanitary pads and mouthwash, both of which are good brands. In short, whatever you requested, the front desk always responded and resolved it immediately. Upon checkout, they even gave us Pu'er tea cakes as a souvenir. I can truly say their service was exceptional. I will definitely choose Zuodu again next time I come to Dali.

Service: The owners and their family were absolutely amazing! Due to unforeseen circumstances, we could only have soup, and they gave us extra bottles of water and even bought two large jugs of water for us. We were also given our turn to use all their cooking utensils. They provided transportation to and from the hotel by electric scooter, and even picked us up when we needed to go to the market. They also shared their delicious meals with us. We felt completely at home. Room: Clean, spacious, and bright, with tasteful decor; opening the curtains revealed breathtaking views of Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake! Location: Right on the shore of Erhai Lake, with restaurants and cafes downstairs, a supermarket nearby, and a convenient car rental point. Highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a truly idyllic experience in Dali!

For any ladies planning a relaxing stay in Dali, I highly recommend the guesthouse I stayed at! It was absolutely fantastic! Before coming, I was considering hygiene, safety, and the atmosphere of the guesthouse. First, this guesthouse had 24-hour hot water and air conditioning. Second, the owner was incredibly kind; he cooked for us for just a small fee, and the food was absolutely delicious! He also regularly organizes various activities, so if you're traveling alone or with friends, you don't need to worry!

When traveling to Dali, there are countless B&Bs, and we were lucky enough to choose Diehaiyue. It's truly a meticulous and service-oriented B&B. Two days before check-in, the B&B proactively contacted us and added us on WeChat, so we didn't have to worry about getting lost. They gave us a drop-off location, a very cute parking lot sign that said 'Mitu Taoyuan Parking Lot.' Whether you're taking a taxi or driving, you can drive directly to the parking lot. If you arrange it in advance via WeChat, the B&B will arrange for a golf cart to pick you up, as the B&B is located in Taoyuan Village, where cars are not allowed. At first, I thought it would be a hassle, that I had picked a B&B with difficult access, and that getting out later would be inconvenient. But it actually worked out fine. It's just a few minutes' walk from the parking lot to the B&B; the car transfer is mainly for guests with luggage. The area in front of the B&B is perfect for cycling and travel photography. It's an ideal place for a leisurely holiday. The B&B only has 12 rooms, offering options for every budget. If you want an unbeatable sea view, the 270-degree rooms facing Erhai Lake will truly make your heart sing every time you open the curtains. More importantly, the soundproofing is absolutely perfect; no matter how many people or cars are outside, you won't hear a thing. Although the B&B has four floors, the staff will help carry your luggage to your room, and when you're leaving, you just need to message the group, and they'll immediately help carry it downstairs. A special shout-out to their instant replies on the WeChat group, no matter the time. Due to the B&B's location, there isn't a *[word missing in original text]*, and even express delivery is limited to SF Express and JD. However, they have a food delivery app called 'Paotui Kuaiche' (errand express). While the choices might seem limited, it also has a feature where the errand runner can help you buy things. In reality, you can get almost anything, it just takes a bit more time, but items are delivered right to your door, which is very convenient. However, this service is only available until midnight. The B&B includes breakfast and afternoon tea. For breakfast, there are three types of rice noodles: zhajiang, chicken, and beef. You can also order sandwiches. After staying for several days, I tried everything, and it was all delicious and never got old. A special mention goes to their drink bar. Beverages are complimentary during breakfast and afternoon tea, and you can order them at other times. Most importantly, they are always accommodating. I even had an urgent need to print documents for work, and the staff helped me out for free. They also offer laundry service, and everything comes back clean. The healing scenery, ample air conditioning, and perfect service attitude alone make this place wonderful. Right outside, there's a great spot for running and strolling. Compared to most other B&Bs where you have to cross a road to see Erhai Lake, the feeling here is completely different. I highly recommend this B&B. It's worth noting their XGIMI projection TV; screen-mirroring your phone to watch movies is a fantastic experience. Next time I come to Dali, I'll definitely choose this place again.

I accidentally found the newly opened homestay in Bay Bridge, and the experience is full! The authentic Bai people's houses run by the locals are elegantly decorated, with exquisite sculptures of the special walls, and full of Bai people's customs. The location is excellent, very close to the Bohai Sea, it is also very convenient to go to S Bay, and it is super comfortable to go out for a walk to see the sea. The room is fully equipped with a constant temperature kettle, the details are intimate, comparable to the five-star hotel, especially friendly to traveling with children. The manager is warm and hospitable, treats people sincerely, and also intimately upgrades the room for us. The small courtyard is quiet and comfortable, and it is comfortable to live. It is highly recommended!

The hotel's service is warm and attentive, making guests feel right at home. On New Year's Eve, the owner and guests gathered in the courtyard to light fireworks, the shimmering lights reflecting on the lake creating a warm and joyful atmosphere—the epitome of family reunion. Waiter A Biao was meticulous, enthusiastic, and attentive, attending to every detail with care and dedication. A stay by the mountains and sea, a warm and welcoming experience—this trip was perfect and unforgettable. We highly recommend it to friends and family for a trip to Cangshan and Erhai.

We drove there, and the drive was relatively smooth. We parked on the roadside in front of the guesthouse; it's a one-way street, and sometimes electric tricycles pass by, so you have to give way. You can also park on the side of the country road. You can cycle around the courtyard. We arrived around 10 PM and cycled about 7 kilometers to S-shaped bend. There were hardly any people on the road, a gentle breeze, a bright moon, and a sky full of stars—a much better experience than during the day! P1 is a view from inside the room. We got up at 7 AM to check if there was a sunrise. P2-4 were taken from the rooftop, where the view is even more expansive. You can see Erhai Lake in front and Cangshan Mountain behind. You don't need to go outside; after the view, we went back to the room and took a nap. You can also go outside; there's a small boardwalk extending out from there, which is also very beautiful. The guesthouse was quite new, the bedding was clean, and they provided disposable toilet seat covers. The slippers were also of good quality. It's great value for money. Dali is very congested during holidays, so cycling is a good option.
