I brought some frozen items from home, and the owner helped me freeze them. Very convenient. Facilities: The toilet is smart. The air conditioning is also great; it's very comfortable to use 😌. Location: The geographical location is fantastic 🎉. It's only a 10-minute walk 🚶 to the airport, which is super convenient. There's also a Ganjingzi Wanda Plaza nearby, which is easy to get to 🚗. If you walk, it's about 30 minutes. There are also quite a few dining options nearby, making breakfast very convenient. All in all, it's great 🍺! I'll definitely book this hotel again next time I'm home 🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷

This brand-new hotel is fantastic! The rooms are well-equipped, and the premium mattress made for a very comfortable sleep. The hotel staff provided excellent service. The hot water shower has smart temperature control and great water pressure. Breakfast was varied and the environment was pleasant. The location is super convenient for getting around, and Wanda Plaza is within walking distance. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Great value for money, and I absolutely loved it! It has a huge projector, but most importantly, the bed is incredibly soft. It's right downstairs from Wanda Apartments, in the snack street. Don't hesitate to book if you're thinking about it!

I've stayed here multiple times now, and the front desk lady always gives me a complimentary upgrade to a larger room, which makes for a very comfortable stay. She's so friendly and talkative, her service is top-notch, and it really feels like coming home. The room facilities and environment are great, with no unpleasant odors. An excellent choice if taking a flight from nearby Dalian Airport and want a reliable, clean place to stay. Not only a budget friendly option but a hotel brand with chic style and amenities that cover all needs. We like the welcome tea on arrival, little play area for kids, late night complimentary porridge/buns, and a good breakfast. Robot room service is fun novelty and you get a free mini bar with soft drinks and crackers. The hotel brand is popular across China.

The taste and flavor were excellent, and I thoroughly enjoyed breakfast every morning. The facilities were comprehensive, with all equipment in the rooms, laundry room, and gym in perfect working order. The layout was well-designed, and the cleanliness was impeccable, creating a peaceful and comfortable living environment. The service was another major highlight. The staff at the front desk, housekeeping, and dining area were all polite, friendly, and proactively offered assistance. They were efficient and meticulous in their work. Whether for travel or a temporary stay, this is an excellent choice. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely be back!

I arrived around midnight and entered the first-floor entrance shown in the hotel's introduction photo. The accommodations were not independent, but rather housed in building 1001, the first room on the 10th floor, where the management office was located. However, I didn't receive any specific instructions, and since I don't speak Chinese, I explained my situation to the security guard on the first floor using a translator. (The security guard on the first floor wasn't a staff member, but he was incredibly helpful and even called the staff member. I think they need a separate sign or something.) About 10 minutes later, a staff member came down to the 10th floor. Honestly, I was a little taken aback. The staff member seemed to have just woken up from sleep, and without any explanation, we were led down the 10th floor, down a dark hallway, and into a dark room. I was a little scared. (I recommend checking in during the day.) Anyway, in that room, I had my passport and ID card (to indicate my Chinese name) taken for registration, and then I was assigned a room (on a different floor, with a password-protected door lock). The room I was assigned was very spacious and had everything I needed! The kitchenette also had a microwave, which was convenient for reheating late-night snacks I bought from the convenience store just a minute away. (There were no chopsticks or spoons in the room!) The problem was that even though it was a non-smoking room, it reeked of cigarette smoke. ㅠㅠ The bed smelled so musty that it was almost overwhelming. (The sofa wasn't very comfortable to sit on either, but that's the case at many other accommodations, so I'll pass.) In the end, even though it was freezing in January, I opened the window, laid out a towel, and wore a mask to sleep. This place is really good value, and it seems like a perfect place for a group of guys to just relax and use, but the overall management was really, really disappointing. They could use some fabric deodorizer and air freshener, and especially the bed... If they could just fix the smell of the bed, this would be a really nice place. Owner, if you just did a little maintenance, this place would be even better. The corridors have thick carpets, ensuring complete privacy. The rooms are spotless, with white and soft bedding that has a subtle sunshine scent. The pillows come in two firmness options, which is perfect for someone like me with neck problems! The bathroom has a well-designed wet and dry separation, and the shower has instant hot water with stable water pressure, making a hot shower an instant way to relieve travel fatigue. The service is top-notch! Xiao Yang's smile was warm and welcoming. Check-in was incredibly fast, and the staff patiently explained the hotel facilities and nearby attractions. They even thoughtfully upgraded our room – such thoughtful details were incredibly heartwarming. During our stay, we had no requests, such as wanting to check out an hour late in the morning, and they readily agreed without any impatience. This kind of personalized service is truly endearing! The facilities are also excellent! The breakfast selection is plentiful, and the hotel offers a free gym and laundry room. The gym is fully equipped, and the laundry room has a dryer – essential for frequent travelers. Upon departure, staff member Xiao Yang even gave us a complimentary gift – such a thoughtful gesture. This stay was truly impeccable. The price was reasonable, yet the service and environment were of exceptionally high quality. The best thing about this hotel is that it offers free early morning airport transfers and the service was very smooth. The facilities are adequate for the hotel's rank and price (no tissues provided). It's a little far from the subway station, so it doesn't get a 5, but even with that in mind, I was very satisfied. The map shows that the hotel doesn't face a main street, but in reality it does face a main street and the view was great.
