Contact customer service and said that it was necessary to ask about cleaning and reply the next day. On May 5, I was eager to hurry up and added the hotel WeChat service number. After a few days of WeChat and telephone communication, the hotel promised to pay in full from the beginning, and later I was willing to pay 200 yuan, and repeatedly emphasized that there was no evidence that it was lost when the cleaning staff cleaned it.
