"The air conditioner in the room didn't work at first, and the exhaust fan didn't work when it was turned off. It kept ringing. I called the front desk and told me to come up immediately to help check. As a result, the children who were waiting all fell asleep and no one came. In order not to affect the children's sleep, I didn't call again. I called to remind me, but no one came even after I checked out."

"The room was incredibly comfortable, and the mattress was so soft. The breakfast spread was amazing, and the facilities were very convenient. The smart speaker was a nice touch. The front desk service was excellent. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The environment was fantastic with fresh air. Highly recommend!"

"Καθαρή και καθαρή."

"The location of the hotel is very convenient and the surrounding scenery is very good! Next to Mudanjiang! You can go for a walk by the river in the evening! The parking lot is also huge! Parking is particularly convenient! The room layout is also very reasonable. I didn't expect the standard room to be so spacious! The room is very smart and modern! The bed is also very comfortable! Breakfast is also good! Like! ! !"

"Το δωμάτιο είναι καθαρό, η στάση είναι καλή, συστήνεται."

"I told the boss that there were mosquitoes in the room yesterday. The boss said that there were mosquitoes in every room."

"The room at Hanting was fine, but the staff was problematic. I originally booked only one night but wanted to extend it. So I checked prices on Ctrip, but Ctrip only had one double room available; the rest were king-size beds. I wanted two double beds, so I called the front desk. The front desk clearly told me they had twin rooms and that I should book them there; the price would be cheaper than on Ctrip. So I went to the front desk to book, but the price they gave me was 40 yuan more expensive than on Ctrip. I said I'd just book one double and one king-size bed on Ctrip, and that's when things got really weird. The front desk said they'd have a manager talk to me. I thought the manager would bring a discount, so I waited. But when the manager arrived, he did a series of computer operations and told me to check the price on Ctrip again. Good grief, he raised the price on Ctrip by 80 yuan, 40 yuan more expensive than the price he quoted me. He was trying to force me to book at the front desk. I was furious and immediately decided to book the Orange Hotel next door the next day; the Orange Hotel was significantly cheaper than Hanting. When I got back to my room, the price for Hanting on Ctrip was back to the price I had checked before. Isn't this just messing with me? Hanting is getting more and more expensive, and the service is still like this—they treat customers like monkeys. I'm no longer a fan of Hanting; I will never stay there again. I was so angry that I didn't take a picture of the Hanting hotel. The picture below is of the Orange Hotel next door. I hope everyone will avoid choosing Hanting; a hotel that doesn't respect its customers isn't worth staying at."

"Τα περισσότερα δωμάτια έμοιαζαν με τυπική διακόσμηση ξενοδοχείου, αλλά τελικά βρήκα ένα θέμα με τον Τζέιμς Μποντ."
