Το ενεργοποιημένο φως στην αίθουσα εισόδου του δωματίου δεν είναι ιδανικό καθώς αλλάζει κάθε φορά που πηγαίνετε στο μπάνιο το βράδυ. Αυτό είναι προβληματικό για τον σύντροφό σας που προσπαθεί να κοιμηθεί, και δεν υπάρχει διακόπτης για να το απενεργοποιήσει... Ωραία ιδέα, αλλά όχι πρακτική. Το δωμάτιο είναι πολύ καθαρό και λειτουργικό."

"Θεωρώ τον εαυτό μου έναν από τους παλαιότερους πελάτες του ξενοδοχείου Mercure από πολλά χρόνια, όταν η πόλη Nelspruit κατασκευάστηκε και ένας από τους λόγους ήταν η τοποθεσία και η θέση του ενός από τα πιο οικονομικά προσιτά και καλά γνωρισμένα ξενοδοχεία εκείνη την εποχή. Δυστυχώς, γράφω ως εποικοδομητική κριτική ότι δεν έχω την ίδια γνώμη, πρώτον επειδή παραμένει στάσιμη στο χρόνο (καθαρότητα του χώρου, διακόσμηση, υπηρεσία wifi και ποιότητα της υπηρεσίας) Και κυρίως εξαιτίας του τι συνέβη στην τελευταία μου διαμονή. Λιγότερο από ένα μήνα, κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής για λίγες ημέρες, το ποσό καταβλήθηκε πλήρως (4 ημέρες), για άλλους λόγους που έπρεπε να φύγουμε νωρίς την 2η ημέρα. Επίσης, η Επιτροπή δεν έχει την ευκαιρία να υποβάλει έκθεση σχετικά με την τροπολογία αριθ."

"Stumbled across this Balinese style private pool villa resort when looking for our last night up around Kruger airport. Just as per the photos it was as impressive in real life as on your computer screen. Our villa (4) was well equipped with everything you needed, including the pool. You can tell the owner has travelled and is well traveled as it had everything I've given feedback on other hotels to improve upon or do better - I can't fault this place at all. The staff were wonderful from arrival to us leaving. From our 6 course dinner - where our dietary needs were taken care of months in advance of arrival and remembered, to the complete English breakfast in our pool villa cabana, to the in-room amenities such as the multi-faucet shower, all the Satellite channels (I watched a rugby game live), and the his/hers bathroom and other in-room amenities to the complimentary car wash on day of departure, it made you feel truely special. I would say this was our highlight of our trip and looking back I wish I'd booked a couple more nights here. Would strongly recommend this to all travellers looking for affordable luxury in Hazyview."

Συμπερασματικά: δεν αξίζει απολύτως αυτά τα 3 αστέρια. Το πολύ ένα αστέρι. Δεν θα αποτύχω να κάνω την παρατήρηση στον ταξιδιωτικό μου οργανισμό."

The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond: they had dinner ready for me even though I returned after restaurant hours, and they kindly held my luggage the next morning when I had to leave at 5 a.m. The pool looked incredible, though unfortunately I didn’t have time to use it. Overall, an outstanding experience with wonderful hospitality and very well maintained grounds. I’d definitely stay here again!"
