"We stayed at the so-called “presidential suite” at this garbage heap, and let me tell you, it was beyond revolting. From the moment we walked in, we were hit with a nauseating stench coming from the bathroom that lingered the entire stay. The place was filthy, poorly maintained, and downright insulting for the price we paid. And the management? Utterly useless and deceitful. They promised us a full refund after we complained about the horrific conditions, only to pull a complete 180 on the day we were leaving, deciding we weren’t getting a dime back. Their dishonesty was the cherry on top of an already disgusting experience. If you value your money, your time, and your sanity, do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel like the plague. We ended up spending more time at another hotel nearby just to escape this nightmare, and that place was leagues better. If you’re even considering staying at Pullman, think again—it’s a vacation-ruining hellhole. Don’t make the same mistake we did."

"Εξω απ' την πορτα, μικρη με μεγαλη προσωπικοτητα. Υπεροχο προσωπικο, μιλα αγγλικά και πολυ βοηθητικα. Τα δωματα ειναι ευρυχωρα, καθαρα και AC δουλευει. Μόνο που οι πετσέτες στο δωματιο ειναι οι ίδιες για την πισίνα. Θα τους έδινα εξαιρετική αν είχαν πετσέτες πισίνας. Το εστιατόριο είναι καλό με πολύ χώρο και ένα ευρύ φάσμα μενού. Το πάρκινγκ είναι ακριβώς έξω από τον κεντρικό δρόμο αλλά είναι πολύ ασφαλές ακόμα και για ένα ποδήλατο. Σημειώστε ότι είναι ένα πολύ παραδοσιακό Μαρόκο και υποστηρίζεται από τους ντόπιους στην περιοχή, έτσι ώστε να μην πωλείται αλκοόλ στις εγκαταστάσεις, αλλά έχουν ψυχρά ποτά και χυμούς."

"Unfortunately I had only one night here. It is beautiful, quiet, and relaxing. It is a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the larger, more popular imperial cities. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. Great attention to detail. Even the bathroom towels are divine. One of the best places I encountered during my 15-day Moroccan tour. You are within walking distance of the old Portuguese town and souks. I chose to eat dinner in the town, and I left before sunrise the next morning. So I did not experience dining inside the riad. I had an adventurous, fast-paced vacation itinerary. I purposefully planned the last 2-3 days to be slower paced with time for rest and recovery. Knowing what I know now, I would have spent an extra day at Soliel for R&R."
