Hotel Shane Avadh

"Location is convenient. Rooms are OK and clean. Restaurant takes time to deliver the order. Staff is helping but they are over occupied especially during the check in and check out time."

LD Guest House, Ayodhya

Heaven Grand Ayodhya

"During a recent trip, I stayed at what I thought was a Decent hotel as per Pics shown online. The online reviews and photos painted a glowing picture, but the reality couldn’t have been further from the truth. The condition of the room was appalling. The sheets were stained and had Hair (Not properly washed), the bathroom was missing with basic immunities and there was a mold, and the towels looked like they hadn’t been replaced in years. Hot water facility was only on request after calling to reception. As if that wasn’t enough, the hotel provided with breakfast with no quality food and only 2 options to eat. When I complained to the staff about the issues, they were seems helpless as major portion of amount is taken by middle party Treebo. I was dealing with Manas Aggarwal from Treebo (Sales Executive) who was highly unprofessional while dealing and demanded money for services which was not provided adequately. What was supposed to be a relaxing and enjoyable stay turned into a nightmare. I left feeling frustrated, cheated, and determined never to return to this property."
