"Curves are coming! You have to go up with a good car, not the Dr that we rented, when you do it several times it goes crazy. It is isolated, in a beautiful place. The staff is very friendly and approachable, especially Rosi, who treated us wonderfully and gave us advice on places of interest. We couldn't say goodbye to her because we didn't see her leaving, so: Thank you Rosi, we carry you in our hearts! The facilities are good, and the price affordable. We were very comfortable, affordable"

"Fabulous hotel. Was slightly worried when the coach pulled up outside and it was a 3⭐️ but it was definitely over and above. Spotlessly clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was probably the best I’ve experienced at an all inclusive. Really good variety along with the usual staple foods. Rooms quite basic. Maybe would have been better if a kettle is provided. English TV channels. Entertainment was on 3 nights whilst we were there and the live music was great. The views and surroundings are outstanding. Hoping to visit again next year "

"My family & I have arrived back from a four-night stay at this beautiful hotel, and I have to say that the hotel is wonderful. The aesthetic is stunning, the grounds are well kept and it gives a great first impression. However, we did find that there were a few aspects that could have been improved. Firstly, I was surprised that you have to pay extra to use the safety deposit box in your room - but this may not be a big deal for some people! The pool doesn’t open until 10am (due to cleaning), but this can seem quite late if you are an early riser. There was plenty of sun-beds available throughout the day, so thankfully there was never any sun-bed reservers. Despite this, there isn’t actually enough parasols and ideally there should be one for each sun bed (don’t get me wrong - there’s probably only about 5 with no parasols!) The dinner buffet was a slight disappointment, from a vegetarian aspect (but if you eat meat, there is plenty of choice). For vegetarians the choice is quite limited as there wasn’t really a vegetarian main meal. It would be great to see at least one dedicated vegetarian main protein dish available each evening. One thing that we appreciated was that the hotel provides beach towels free of charge, but on one of the days they had completely ran out and we were told that there wouldn’t be another delivery until the following day, which was a little frustrating. Just want to mention that if you’re someone who likes to explore, this area may not be for you. The area around the hotel is very quiet with not a great deal to do within walking distance. If you're looking for more restaurants, bars or a livelier atmosphere, you'll probably need to get a taxi or bus to Cala d'Or. It's not necessarily a negative if you're after a relaxing holiday, but it's definitely something to bear in mind before booking. On a more positive note, the breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options every morning. There is a beach about a short 12-15 minute walk, which is a huge plus. The staff were very lovely and accommodating throughout our stay - so a huge thank you to them! Overall, despite a few areas that could be improved, we had a lovely four-night stay and would happily recommend the hotel. With a few small changes, it could be an even better experience."

"Have just spent 5 nights here in a studio apartment for 2. The accommodation is fairly basic but is spotlessly clean and comfortable, and has everything you need. Comfortable bed, large powerful shower and a balcony with table and chairs. The pool area is clean and tidy, and the beach is a 5 min walk away, along with some lovely restaurants. Reception staff friendly and helpful, particularly Lupe who was lovely. Overall excellent value in a beautiful location for a quiet beach holiday."

"The value for money isn't great. 1) It has two buildings, and we were assigned to the restaurant building. We had to carry our luggage across the street and up several stairs. Breakfast and the pool aren't in the same building either. 2) Besides shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner, toothbrushes were available only on request. The vanity kit was only one box, and water was only available on the first day. 3) The decor is stylish, but the quality is quite poor. The speakers are poor, the sink is shallow, and water splashes frequently. The showers are constantly leaking, the floors are dusty and unclean, and the beds are uncomfortable. 4) The breakfast is okay, but it's not as good as another hotel I stayed at in Mallorca, which was 30% cheaper. Overall, I wouldn't recommend staying here."
