"This hotel sucks! We payed 10.000 Danish Kroner for this! We booked a sea view room, you know what we got? A room that didn't have windows, but had a balcony.... THAT FACED THE ROAD. They said it was free housekeeping and towels. Which ended up cossting us 5 Euros each! The pool was dirty and never cleaned. They don't even have AC. Which costs 15 Euros a day! Not at all like the pictures. They don't have check-in, which is in the other hotel. No breakfast and no dinner. And the room was very dirty! When we entered there was a pair of underwear on the floor in the bathroom. How bad can this get! And a really bad and unsafe bus will pick you up to go to the airport. Not at all like the pictures! I don't get how this has a 3.5 rating. So MAD I used my summer break on this BS!"

"Have just spent 5 nights here in a studio apartment for 2. The accommodation is fairly basic but is spotlessly clean and comfortable, and has everything you need. Comfortable bed, large powerful shower and a balcony with table and chairs. The pool area is clean and tidy, and the beach is a 5 min walk away, along with some lovely restaurants. Reception staff friendly and helpful, particularly Lupe who was lovely. Overall excellent value in a beautiful location for a quiet beach holiday."

"This is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long while. The rooms are modern and spotless, free (very good) air con and wifi, amazing staff and the location is perfect. The views from the rooms (105 in particular) are the best I’ve ever had from a hotel. Right next to the water, on the top of cliff. Local shops and restaurants are only a few minutes walk away and supermarket about 10 minutes walk. Will 100% be returning in the near future! 10/10"

"Δεν μπορώ να επαινέσω αρκετά το Σαν Μούνα. Το φαγητό ήταν υπέροχο και το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και φιλικό. Τα δωμάτια είναι καθαρά και άνετα με υπέροχες απόψεις. Η ιππασία ήταν φανταστική και τεράστια ευχαριστώ στον Βαλεντίνο για την υπομονή και την καλοσύνη του. Δεν μπορώ να περιμένω να γυρίσουν το επόμενο έτος!"

"It was overall a very nice stay until the last day. For some reason my bed sheet wasn’t changed since I spotted a stain I saw the day before and my hair was still on the bed. It looked like the housekeeper only made the bed without changing the bed sheets. Also my toilet wasn’t cleaned either and it started to smell really bad after the day 2. There is no way of contacting the reception desk from the room and it is way too inconvenient as the building I was staying was 1 min walk from the main building and there was no elevator. The reception desk ladies were super friendly and helpful though. Swimming pool, bar and breakfast were quite nice and hotel is located right in front of the sea so I could definitely enjoy the view from the balcony. I do recommend it but just be needy and get your rooms cleaned properly 🤣"

"Just stayed at the Portcolom Suites for a week in April 2026. The room itself was decent, it was very clean and the shower was fantastic. We found it very odd that there weren't any tea/coffee facilities in the room though, even just a kettle would've been handy so we could grab our own tea bags etc. The food was better than I expected and changed every evening so it was nice to have something different. We loved the ribs and kebabs! The staff were really lovely, in particular - Fran the entertainer; the nicest guy! The pools areas are lovely but it would be better if the indoor pool could be heated for cooler days (the buttons for the extra bits on the inside pool didn't fully work either) The area was pretty and the restaurants and shops nearby were nice but it was a little quiet for us so we probably wouldn't return but it was was a lovely trip to get some peace and quiet - perfect for anyone looking for some real down time."

"We had a lovely relaxing stay and thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and its cooling pool. The staff were excellent and so friendly and helpful with ideas of places to visit and eat out as well. It was wonderful to watch the checky sparrows at breakfast and see the fly past of the swallows in evening. Our room was beautifully cool and cleaned daily and we had a spoiling time. Would recommend for those who want peace and a restful time!"

"Μείναμε εδώ για μια εβδομάδα, ήταν μια πολύ χαλαρή διακοπές. Όλες οι εγκαταστάσεις του ξενοδοχείου είναι εξαιρετικές. Εξαιρετική μπαρ & πισίνα. Πάντα πολύ καθαρή. Το πρωινό είναι νόστιμο, τα πάντα τρώνε. Φρέσκα φρούτα, ζεστό πρωινό, αρτοποιίες, ομελέτα κλπ. Το δείπνο είναι επίσης μπουφέ με διαφορετικές επιλογές κάθε βράδυ. Το προσωπικό δεν θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο ευγενικό. Πολύ φιλικό όσο δουλεύει. Το δωμάτιό μας είχε 2 υπνοδωμάτια με ένα κουκέτο και ένα κεντρικό μπάνιο έξω από το χολ. Είναι μόνο για ενήλικες (άνω των 16 ετών) που ανακοινώνει την χαλαρωτική ατμόσφαιρα εδώ. Είναι κυριολεκτικά 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια στην παραλία Cala Ferrera. Μπορεί να περπατήσει σε δύο περιοχές πισίνας ξενοδοχείου για να φτάσει σε μια δύση/πηδήξευση στην περιοχή της θάλασσας με σκάλες για να βγει έξω. Μεγάλη εμπειρία & αξίζει να κάνετε αν θέλετε να βουτήξετε στο Med. Υπάρχουν μερικά μπαρ κοντά, ένα ακριβώς απέναντι από το δρόμο & ένα 15/20 min είναι το κύριο κέντρο με πολλά εστιατόρια και μπαρ. Είχατε πολύ χρόνο εδώ & θα ντεφού επιστρέψουμε."

"Η μαμά μου, ο συνεργάτης μου και εγώ μείναμε εδώ πρόσφατα με τον γιο μου 6-year-old, Φιν, και ένιωσα αναγκασμένος να γράψω μια ανασκόπηση! Ειδικότερα για την ομάδα διασκέδασης, επειδή πραγματικά έκαναν τις διακοπές μας. Η προσπάθεια, η ενέργεια, το ταλέντο και η πραγματική φροντίδα που έβαλαν στο έργο τους ήταν εξαιρετική. Το πιο σημαντικό ήταν ότι δεν φρόντιζαν τα παιδιά ως ομάδα, αλλά πήραν τον χρόνο να τους γνωρίσουν ως άτομα και να κάνουν κάθε παιδί να νιώθει ξεχωριστό, ακόμα και τους ήσυχους! Ο Φιν είναι φυσικά αρκετά ντροπαλός και μπορεί να πάρει λίγο χρόνο να βγει από το κενό του, αλλά καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας, είδα την εμπιστοσύνη του να μεγαλώνει μέρα με τη μέρα. Η ομάδα τον ενθάρρυνε, συμπεριλαμβανομένου και του βοήθησε να αισθανθεί αρκετά άνετα ώστε να ενταχθεί και να κάνει τη μεγαλύτερη δυνατή χρήση των δραστηριοτήτων. Πλησιάζουν κάθε δραστηριότητα με ενθουσιασμό, υπομονή και καλοσύνη. Η διασκέδαση ήταν εξαιρετική, αλλά οι άνθρωποι πίσω της έκαναν τη διαφορά. "I want to start by saying that the woman who runs this hotel is very kind and tries her best to make everything good for the guests. Unfortunately, her husband is the complete opposite—rude, childish, and very disrespectful. We made an agreement with the manager to stay at the pool for an extra hour until 1:30 PM because our flight was delayed. She agreed without any problems since the next guests were not arriving until 5 PM. But then her husband came to the pool and started yelling at us, telling us to leave immediately. His behavior was shocking and completely unacceptable, ruining what could have been a nice experience. They really need to control him, or they should stop running a hotel. While the woman and the hotel itself are good, I cannot recommend this place because of the terrible way we were treated. No one should have to go through this on their vacation. Avoid this hotel if you don’t want your stay to be ruined by his bad behavior. Trip type"
