"Hotel is positioned on a beautiful part of the island. The grounds are lush and pool is great. We loved everything here as far as the environment, views, amenities and our room, but the service was quite poor specially with the front desk. Our room was directly by the pool, and two nights in a row live music was playing at the pool restaurant until 11pm, which is great if you are there enjoying it, but not when you have a small child and trying to put them to bed. The next day when I told the front desk member that the music was very loud in our room and we were unable to sleep he just said yes we can play music until 11. When I pushed further and asked if we could be moved the answer was no. And that was that. I was stunned at this terrible customer service. I appreciate the hotel was fully booked but a simple gesture, an apology or sympathy would have gone a long way."

"Σκετη απογοήτευση!! Κοροιδευετε τον κόσμο και μετά θέλετε να έχετε και δουλειά!! Πληρώσαμε για τη σουίτα Αναστασία 235€ για ένα βράδυ και μόνο σουίτα δεν ήταν το δωμάτιο. Το μπάνιο είχε τζακούζι που δεν δούλευε και δεν είχαμε καμιά ενημέρωση γιαυτό παρα μόνο όταν μπήκαμε στο δωμάτιο τα ηλεκτρικά του μπάνιου έχουν θέμα και η μία λάμπα ήταν καμμένη και είδαμε όλες αυτές τις πινακίδες που σου απαγορεύουν να κάνεις πράγματα όπως να μην πειράξεις το aircondition, να μην λερώσεις τις πετσέτες με μακιγιάζ αλλιώς θα τις χρεωθείς; ***! Θέα μηδέν!! Πολύ φασαρία γιατί είναι δίπλα σε νυχτερινά μαγαζιά. Ο αεραγωγός στο μπάνιο μύριζε βοθριλα πολυ άσχημα. Στο δωμάτιο έλεγε ότι υπάρχει ποικιλία από καφέ και ροφήματα, κρασί, ταμπλετ και βρύσες αυτόματες στο μπάνιο τα οποία δεν υπήρχαν πουθενά. Τη μέρα που ήταν για να φύγουμε το πρωί κόπηκε το ρεύμα και δεν υπήρχε γεννήτρια στο κτήριο, δεν μπορούσαμε ουτε να πλυθουμε γιατί το νερό δεν είχε πίεση για να τρέξει και δεν μας ενημέρωσε κανείς. Για πρωινό σε στέλνουν σε ένα καφέ μπαρ λίγο πιο κάτω το Greco το οποίο είναι άθλιο. Μας έφεραν αυγά σκραμπλ με τσοφλια αυγού μέσα. Καθαριότητα μηδέν και ποιότητα μηδέν το μαγαζί. Με λίγα λόγια το δωμάτιο που πληρώσαμε για αυτά που παρέχει αξίζει μέχρι 100€, παραπάνω για κανένα λόγο!!! Λυπάμαι.Δεν θα ξανά έρθουμε σίγουρα."

"My wife and I had an absolutely amazing stay at Balhambra Suites in Fiscardo in June 2024. We were only able to stay for 3 nights and wish we could have stayed much longer. We had a fabulously spacious suite overlooking the courtyard and therefore our sun terrace complete with rattan sun-loungers and chairs basked in sunshine for most of the day. The bed was really comfortable and the suite was beautifully furnished with a huge en-suite bathroom and superb shower. We loved it so much, we are already seriously considering booking the same suite for next year. The apartments are centrally located and have a feeling of exclusivity with the private courtyard and apartments separated from the quayside restaurants and bars with closed gates. The owner Angelo was extremely helpful offering tips on beaches to visit as well as lending us beach parasols, beach towels etc. We had a thoroughly wonderful stay."

"This place is absolutely amazing. Beautiful suites, pool, staff and breakfast. We stayed here last week and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. The pool was lovely and quiet and was a welcome relief after a hot day out. Would definitely stay here again."

"The positives are that the apartment (8) is enormous and spotlessly clean. The view from the massive terrace is spectacular, and the location is just a ten minute walk from the centre of the village. There is also ample parking. The air conditioning in the bedroom was leaking so we couldn’t use it, and the overflow for the air con in the lounge was a bucket on the terrace which kept spilling over and made the terrace slippery. There was also no light in the bedroom - only bedside lamps so it was very dark. These points didn’t really detract from our stay, which was overall enjoyable, but should be addressed. However, the main problem for us is that despite this being advertised as ‘adults only’, there were noisy children in both the apartment above and the one below us. We did bring this up with the property both during our stay, and on check out, and we were told that they had family visiting so ‘what could they do?’ The answer is not to sell something that they cannot provide to paying guests. We were told on checkout that they would consider a partial refund, but we heard nothing back. We emailed them to chase for a response but we were ignored. I’m sorry to post this review as this could be a spectacular place to stay, but the lack of acknowledgment from management has been really disappointing."

Very Close to the main area but quieter than other places. Top management too from Nikos who helped with queries pre-visit very swiftly. The office for the suites is just below should you need help during your stay."
