"It's a hotel for younger generations but doesn't lose its quality - Fantastic service, trendy and attention to details design ( the foldable workstation and dimmable lights are excellent), quality build, absolutely amazing sound insulation in the rooms, walks away from cafe/shops/bars/gyms etc excellent spot. Highly recommended for staycation or just a fun trip. The hotel itself doesn't have pool/gym but luckily with parking (with a price). Need to ask for firmer pillows/additional blanket/tooth brush etc because not readily available in the rooms. Not the biggest room in the world so people travel with big and many suitcases might want to book a bigger room or ask the reception for best options first. Great for solo/couple though"

"I booked the Studio room as happy with the outlay for a quiet & tranquil night eirh my partner. Unfortunately due to someone switching the fridge off in the room , when we opened the fridge water leaked out flooded the floor. I alerted the reception as it was a health & safety issue. We had a room swap from one side of level 3 to the other. This room was an open room with a single & King bed, it really was not what we had asked for & booked.. Residents staying in the same viicinity were loud, swearing & coming in & out of their rooms, up & down the stairs & lift close to our room in the early hours of the morning until 4.30 am, then around 5am a loud & annoying fan sound echoing in our room! I moved to the single bed for some relief! My patrner & l hoped for a quiet tranquil night, we ended up in a room change very different to what we had booked for & a night filled with loud music, foul language, door slamming, loud talking & laughing, lift activation, a loud fan echoing through our room. Will we come again? NO I'm sorry. Reception were lovely & we appreciated the quick action fir a room change, shame we were moved to a less attrachtive room with nosy neighboors."
