The plan also included a taxi transfer from Iizaka Onsen Station, so I was able to get to the inn easily. The facility is quite rundown, and it seems to have been expanded many times, so it's a bit confusing to get around inside the building, but it's not so difficult to get lost. The staff were very hospitable, and I had a relaxing stay."

Two of the staff members spoke Mandarin, which made the hotel even more welcoming. The included breakfast and dinner were of high quality and excellent service. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hot spring water was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We would definitely choose this hotel again if we have the chance."

Also, there was a person with tattoos all over his back, which was a big minus. I didn't check if people with tattoos are allowed in the bath, but it felt bad."
