"Η υπηρεσία του μπροστινού γραφείου ήταν απαίσια. Έφτασαν τις ώρες του πρωινού, δεν είχαν νερό στο δωμάτιο (όπως υποσχέθηκαν στην περιγραφή τους), κανείς δεν σηκώθηκε ποτέ από το τηλέφωνο όταν τηλεφώνησα στο μπροστινό γραφείο. Κάθε φορά που είχα ένα πρόβλημα, και υπήρχαν πολλοί, έπρεπε να πάω στο γραφείο, και έπρεπε να πάω αρκετές φορές για να έχω κάποια από τα ζητήματα που θέλουν να αντιμετωπίσουν. Αν χρειάζεστε wifi, ζητήστε δωμάτια πιο κοντά στο εστιατόριο. Μπορώ να πω περισσότερα, αλλά όλα είναι τόσο αρνητικά. Ένα θετικό- τα δωμάτια έχουν καλά καθορισμένες εγκαταστάσεις τουαλέτας . Τα νέα 4 δωμάτια έχουν σύγχρονα μπάνιου τα μονόκλινο διαμερίσματα είναι πολύ 1960s/1970s"

"Γεια σας, είμαι ο Max . Έχω μείνει σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο για δύο νύχτες από 7/30/25 έως 7/31/25 . Είναι ένα υπέροχο μέρος για να μείνετε και πολύ καθαρό και βολικό από το αεροδρόμιο, πιστεύω, λιγότερο από 10 mn . Το φαγητό ήταν καλό και προσιτό, το πρωινό συμπεριλάμβανε, αλλά δεν έχετε πολλές επιλογές. Μπορείτε να το παραδώσετε στο δωμάτιό σας ή να το παραδώσετε στο εστιατόριο επάνω. Το δωμάτιο είναι ευρύχωρο. Η μόνη μου καταγγελία είναι ότι : υπάρχει πολύ νωρίς το πρωί θόρυβο από το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου , εννοώ τόσο θόρυβο από το προσωπικό. Εκτός από ότι όλα τα υπόλοιπα ήταν εντάξει. Θα το συστήσω σίγουρα σε οποιονδήποτε στην πόλη ή να επισκεφτεί το Kigali ."
