"Do not provide this hotel with your credit card information. I registered my card only to secure my stay, but the hotel charged me for an amount that I did not recognize without my authorization. When I contacted them, they claimed that they had mistakenly charged me instead of another guest. This kind of mistake is completely unacceptable. In addition, I paid a $200 deposit. They told me it would be refunded the next day, but I never received it. I also tried to follow up by email several times, but they did not respond at all. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel due to its poor handling of payments and lack of communication."
