"This is the best hotel service I've ever experienced! From the lobby, they constantly ask if we need sparkling wine, water, or coffee. Upon check-in, there's a welcome gift, bedtime dessert, and tea. When we go out, they leave any water or juice we want in the car, and even gave my child a huge plush toy 🦊. The biggest surprise was the breakfast. I thought it would be a regular buffet, but it was so professional, and everything was delicious. Listening to piano music while enjoying crisp, warm chocolate croissants and coffee made for a truly relaxing vacation. At check-out, they even gave us three bottles of water and two small boxes of macarons! The hotel isn't actually very big, but there are many staff members who consistently provide service and emotional value that exceeds expectations. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Gramado!!!"
