wir hatten einen traumhaft schönen ersten Urlaub auf Mauritius. Die Suite war extrem schön. Dem Team kann man nur ein dickes Lob aussprechen. We were super happy with our choice and had a magnificent stay. The compound is more like a village and the traditional houses amidst the tropical garden combined with lots of natural material and modern design give it a calming, laid back and yet luxurious vibe. The staff is super friendly, attentive and helpful. For a while you can almost feel like part of a mauritian family ... The garden is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, simple but tasteful. Everything is kept very clean and neat. We can especially recommend the mauritian a la carte restaurant (which is included) that highlights mauritian cuisine in a modern, classy way. The cocktails are great (wines not so much though), the coffee was good (!) and the offer at the restaurant is more than enough and various. We really liked all those ”little” extras like the (drinking)water fountains spread across the compound, the tea bar, the also free possibilities to rent kayaks or pedalos and go on a boat trip to go snorkeling or swimming in the lagoon. That was great! They also really try to make an effort sustainability-wise like instead of using sugar and cream in single packages it comes in jars and jugs and also in the room you get a lovely tray with little glass jars filled with coffee and tea. Super cute! The little boutique sells a well chosen variety of local and sustainable souvenirs and even considering the entertainment they are keeping it local and support not only local culture but well chosen artists. We felt close to mauritian culture, well looked after and basked in the tasteful ambiance! It was magnifique. Merci a tous

We needed a bed for one night as we were moving into our apartment the day after arrival in Mauritius. AS luck would have it Cyclone Batsirai messed with all our plans. We nearly didn't make it on the day as flights were on/off/on/off/on. Aurore was so so sweet in my emails with her and assured me that our bed would be waiting for us 'when' we got there. Our flight went ahead on the day but delayed to ensure the worst effects of the cyclone had passed. Our keys were left as promised at security. On arrival at midnight our room was ready and waiting for two weary travellers. Our move to our apartment was delayed for four days and so we asked if we could continue our stay. The team were VERY accommodating. I can't say enough about the WHOLE team who made a huge effort to keep us happy, fed and entertained. The rooms are comfortable, serviceable and clean, the bathroom a ballroom (fairly newly renovated), ample packing space/cupboard. Breakfast was great and well worth taking - who wants to run around when on holiday finding breakfast. Dinner was a real treat - I can highly recommend the chicken and prawn curry, the stuffed chicken, loved the prawn and ginger starter and tuna. The chef should be commended highly. The swimming pool was absolutely divine, super clean and sparkling. Can I say again that the WHOLE TEAM were fantastic - they made us feel so welcome. And most spoke EXCELLENT English for those travellers who may feel unsure of French. After we moved into the apartment we went back for dinner again and it felt like coming home. Casual diners are welcomed (and are able to use the pool area) which I found most charming as it meant that there was a hustle and bustle and a good vibe all the time. Thank you to EVERYONE at Toparadis. We may not stay with you again because we have our own place BUT we WILL be back for your delightful food and welcome.

Typical Mauritian complex hotel very well arranged and charming which offers many activities and well located to shine in the North of Mauritius. Everything is available to ensure that your stay goes perfectly (assistance, activities, visits, taxi, etc.) Several restaurants available on site (buffet restaurant and restaurants highlighting local gastronomy) included in the price for half board and all in. The buffet breakfast is plentiful and varied and also highlights local cuisine. The staff is attentive and very helpful. For information, ask to book restaurants to be able to taste the different local cuisines (Indian, Mauritian and Chinese).

I had the sheer pleasure of staying at the Constance Belle Mare Plage for 10 days in April with my now-fiancée, an experience that exceeded our expectations in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, the tranquil paradise of Mauritius embraced us, matched only by the outstanding service and attention to detail provided by the hotel staff. The central figure orchestrating our memorable stay was Adasha, who is truly the embodiment of hospitality. Whether it was our daily breakfast service, ensuring our comfort throughout the day, or even arranging an incredibly romantic proposal setup, she attended to every detail with remarkable diligence and warmth. Her dedication and care made her not just a wonderful hostess but a cherished part of our experience. We rate her an emphatic 10+/10. Equally remarkable was Kailash. With his innate knack for arranging romantic breakfasts and dinners in our room, his charismatic presence as he drove us around the resort in his buggy, and his assertiveness that ensured all our needs were met, he was instrumental in making our holiday complete. His personable demeanor is a true credit to the hotel. Our appreciation extends to the room service team as well. Koomar, Veenaye, Joanne, Tarvesh, Nitesh, and Sanjeev all contributed to facilitating a seamless and unforgettable experience. Their collective attention to detail, promptness, and friendly demeanor were remarkable. However, the standout personality and the heart of the Constance Belle Mare Plage was Kris. You will find him on the beach, armed with an unbeatable selection of cocktail recommendations. His mixology skills are top-notch, and his engaging conversations coupled with a fantastic sense of humor made our beach days exceptionally memorable. Kris was not only an employee of the hotel but became a friend who enriched our stay. In summary, our experience at the Constance Belle Mare Plage was truly magical, fueled by the unwavering dedication of its staff, the beauty of its surroundings, and the exceptional level of service that made us feel like royalty. We have created unforgettable memories here, and we can’t wait to return next year. If you’re considering a trip to Mauritius, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

The location of the hotel is average, although there is no beach at the beach, the only thing is very secluded. The yard where the hotel is located is very large and there are many houses for short and medium term rental. Hotel facilities are relatively old, but it is a bit special, the hotel lobby is not big, the bird cage inside is feeding a few birds. The service is OK. If you have dinner, there are two restaurants, one bar to choose from, and one that is open to Asian restaurants opened by Malaysians. The price of the local restaurant below is acceptable. The hotel's WIFI is very poor and often does not receive signals in the rooms.

The hotel is very cost effective and personally feels good. Suitable for ”poor travel”, about 5 kilometers from Super Bay in Dawan, you can take the bus in the past (82 road, tell him where to go, look at the map, when you arrive, you have to press the bell to get off, not too language Easy), most hotels in Mao Ball are basically inconvenient to go out. If the hotel calls a taxi more than 1000 rupees, I used the bus only 24 rupees. . . Amazing little place! Yanish and the colleagues on front of house were very welcoming and helpful during all of our stay, every interaction we had with them was positive. The room was very spacious, the shower was absolutely huge, and the varanda facing the pool area was great. The facilities were very clean, rooms and communal areas always spot on. We got our stay with breakfast included and it was delicious, both options (continental and english) were tasty and good size for a plated meal. Team working in the restaurant was efficient and welcoming, ensuring the food got to us straight from the kitchen. Beach right in front of the hotel is a bit rocky, but if you walk less than 1 minute you have a perfect spot. Amazing place, highly recommend it. Just a few suggestions: The place the bed frame as it wasn't in a good shape Extractor fan in the toilet not working properly Softer shower towels (the ones for the pool were super soft, but for the shower weren't)

Booked an appartment at Villa Narmada as close to all amenities. 5 mins to Grand Baie shopping mall and 10 to the beach set in a residential area. Ruth and her staff were very welcoming, always asking if all ok. Appartment very spacious and spotless. Asked for a late check out because of flight time back to UK and offered at no extra cost which was very much appreciated. We wanted for nothing and will return as the experience of their clients are paramount. Thank you for a lovely stay.
