"This trip was booked to celebrate a birthday for my niece. The customer service was excellent as all of the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the problem was with the spa service, one of the restaurants (Linger Longer), and construction on the site. My nieces messuage was below average and when asked how her spa service was, she explain that the service she received was below average at best and she was not satisfied. She was compensated by the team that was checking us out at the Spa with half off the service. However, she did not receive the message that she was expecting and was disappointed as this was for her birthday. The second issue was with our dinner at the Linger Longer restaurant. Our appetizer was deliver to us very cold. We informed our server and she apologized and brought us back another appetizer only a couple of minutes before our main course arrived, and the replaced appetizer was only slightly better than the first one they brought out. The main courses consisted for my niece had to be sent back because it tasted sour as if the fish was not fresh. She is not a person that complains much, but the food and the messuage were disappointing, and put a slight damper on her birthday. The last issue was all the construction going on next to where our room was located on the lake view. Because of the construction noise during the day and early morning, it disrupted the piece in that room. I explained this to the front desk and she was very polite and asked if extending our stay for an additional hour would be helpful since we had experienced a few issues with our stay. At this point we had already checked out, so staying an additional hour in the room would not be much of a help, as well as the construction going on. There were good and bad with this stay, as I have explained the problems. However, the lake and the amenities were superb and the courteous staff was fantastic and that helped things from being a failed birthday celebration for my niece."

Πιστεύω ειλικρινά ότι το ξενοδοχείο εξοικονομεί χρήματα ρυθμίζοντας τα επίπεδα ενέργειας σε βάρος των πελατών, και αντί να μοιράζονται την αλήθεια, οι διαχειριστές έχουν εκπαιδευτεί να δίνουν χαζές δικαιολογίες και να κρύβονται πίσω από την συντήρηση του κτιρίου. "The 70s called and wants its decor back. When we entered the “lobby” the first thing we noticed was the old furniture and cloudy fish tank. Next, we were assaulted by the smell of cigarette smoke. We had to pick up a telephone to summon a desk clerk (a clanging bell sounded throughout the first floor for almost a minute before anyone responded, at 7:15 pm so not late). The check in went ok. We had reserved a room with a king bed and for some reason were given a handicap room. The 70s decor continued. The bedding was clean but well worn. The lobby, hallways and room looked as though they hadn’t seen fresh paint in decades and the moldings and door frames were marked and marred. Thankfully, things were clean overall and the room didn’t smell of smoke even though there was a significant gap beneath the door and the smoky smell was present in the hallway. I guess you get what you pay for but…trust me, the pictures were taken a long, long, long time ago."
