Its direct connection to Abreeza Mall makes dining, shopping, and getting everyday essentials incredibly accessible. The rooms are clean, modern, and well-maintained, offering a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of meetings or exploring the city. The staff are consistently courteous, professional, and quick to assist with any requests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming overall experience. The breakfast buffet features a good variety of local and international dishes, and the facilities, including the gym and swimming pool, are well-kept and enjoyable. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to major business districts and nearby attractions. Whether you're visiting Davao for work or leisure, Seda Abreeza delivers reliable service, comfort, and great value, making it a hotel I would gladly recommend and stay at again."

"I was wild by the staff the moment I arrived every interaction was courteous, polite, and professional. I’ve stayed a lot at Shangri-La properties, and Dusit did not disappoint. I even required medical help due to an illness. I got prior to arrival and the on staff nurse and duty manager were amazing in getting me healthy with an in room IV and taking great care of me.   I can’t wait to stay here again"

"From the moment we arrived at Dusit Thani Residence Davao, we felt welcomed and well-taken care of. The lobby, though modest in size, exuded a calm charm and the check-in process was smooth. We were greeted warmly by staff who treated us with genuine hospitality — their attentiveness set the tone for our entire stay. Many previous guests also praised the staff’s politeness and readiness to help. We stayed in a studio apartment, and it was nothing short of comfortable. The room came with a kitchenette, a coffee/tea maker, minibar, and free WiFi — extremely convenient whether you’re staying briefly or planning a longer stay. The modern fittings and thoughtful layout made it easy to relax or be productive: there was enough space to move around, and everything was clean and well-kept. Cleanliness, indeed, stood out during our stay — a point frequently echoed by other guests. One of the highlights was the leisure amenities. We took full advantage of the outdoor swimming pool — a serene little oasis perfect for a morning dip or evening unwind. The fitness centre, spa, and wellness offerings added to the sense of pampering. For those traveling with kids or family, there’s even a kids’ pool and a family-friendly vibe. Breakfast and dining at the hotel also deserve special mention. The buffet breakfast was generous and satisfying — a great way to start a busy day in Davao. For lunch or dinner, the on-site restaurant served a mix of Thai, Asian, international, and European dishes, giving a variety that could cater to different tastes and dietary preferences. The presence of a café and even a pastry/deli option made it easy to grab a light meal or snack without leaving the property. Location is another strong suit for Dusit Thani Residence. It’s conveniently located near the airport, which is a big plus if you have early flights or late arrivals. At the same time, it’s still close enough to city amenities, shopping, and other attractions — offering both convenience and comfort. Many guests appreciated this balance of accessibility and tranquility. That said, no stay is perfect, and a few aspects could be improved. Some guests mentioned that certain rooms felt a bit cramped or that balcony areas were under-utilized due to cleanliness concerns. There were occasional gripes about maintenance — for example, shower drains draining slowly or small furniture quirks — and a few found the elevator access between towers a bit awkward, especially if coming from parking. A minority even felt the place fell short of 5-star expectations in certain respects. Still, for us, these were minor blemishes compared to the overall positive experience. What stood out was how the hotel blends comfort, convenience, and courteous service with enough extras to feel like more than just a “place to sleep.” The pool, spa, and kitchen-equipped rooms make it a strong choice for families, couples, business travellers — essentially anyone who values a balance of luxury and practicality. In conclusion: if you’re looking for a stay in Davao that offers more than just four walls — a place that feels both refined and welcoming — Dusit Thani Residence Davao delivers. Its attentive staff, well-appointed rooms, great amenities, and strategic location combine into a memorable experience. For those planning a trip to Davao, whether quick or extended, this hotel is a solid bet."

"I had a good stay at Grand Regal Hotel. The hotel is a decent place to stay, especially if you’re looking for somewhere peaceful and relaxing. The pool area was actually one of the highlights… clean, spacious, and great for unwinding after a long day. However, the location is a bit inconvenient since it’s quite far from malls, convenience stores and other establishments. The rooms were also a little old and could use some renovation or upgrades. Overall, it’s a good hotel with nice amenities and friendly atmosphere, but not the best option if you prefer modern rooms and easy access to shopping or city attractions."

"For me, this is the perfect hotel. Everything is just right. It's only about a 15-minute drive from the airport. SM Lanang shopping center is directly opposite the hotel, and you can access it directly from the hotel's 2nd floor via a bridge during the day. The staff are super friendly and professional. Check-in and check-out are easy. It's modern and very clean. There are water stations in the hallway where you can get free water anytime. The Wi-Fi is very good. The TV is modern, and SMART VIEW via cellphone also works. This is my third time staying at the Park Inn by Radisson. I feel welcome here as a guest. There's a rich breakfast buffet, a good restaurant, and a nice swimming pool with a bar. I'm happy to come back again."
