The room was clean and comfortable, and everything I needed was there. I had a nice stay, and the staff were friendly too. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'd definitely stay here again.

The owner is so generous and kind they allowa us to check in early because we arrive 8am and we have time to sleep they have food and drinks also and the place is peaceful and relaxing. Very good services.

For me, this is the perfect hotel. Everything is just right. It's only about a 15-minute drive from the airport. SM Lanang shopping center is directly opposite the hotel, and you can access it directly from the hotel's 2nd floor via a bridge during the day. The staff are super friendly and professional. Check-in and check-out are easy. It's modern and very clean. There are water stations in the hallway where you can get free water anytime. The Wi-Fi is very good. The TV is modern, and SMART VIEW via cellphone also works. This is my third time staying at the Park Inn by Radisson. I feel welcome here as a guest. There's a rich breakfast buffet, a good restaurant, and a nice swimming pool with a bar. I'm happy to come back again.

In the center of the city, there are 7-11 when you go out, there are bars and American restaurants in the courtyard, and San Pedro Church is also very close. The decoration style is close to Chinese folk customs, and the overall is relatively comfortable. There is nothing to say about the service in the Philippines. The waiters always smile and try to help you solve all problems. I found an open market nearby on the Baidu map and feasted on durian and mangosteen. Special reminder that currently all places in Davao are non-smoking, indoor and outdoor are banned, and durians are also not allowed in the hotel.

It’s conveniently located near the airport, which is a big plus if you have early flights or late arrivals.  At the same time, it’s still close enough to city amenities, shopping, and other attractions — offering both convenience and comfort. Many guests appreciated this balance of accessibility and tranquility.  That said, no stay is perfect, and a few aspects could be improved. Some guests mentioned that certain rooms felt a bit cramped or that balcony areas were under-utilized due to cleanliness concerns.  There were occasional gripes about maintenance — for example, shower drains draining slowly or small furniture quirks — and a few found the elevator access between towers a bit awkward, especially if coming from parking.  A minority even felt the place fell short of 5-star expectations in certain respects.  Still, for us, these were minor blemishes compared to the overall positive experience. I like the standard room, it' s good for 2 persons although the leg room is quite limited but over all it is ok. The place is serene and calm, it is ideal for middle aged and persons who like a quiet place to stay. And to top it all, there is a huge park outside where you can jog early in the morning or in the afternoon. I like the experience

The room is so clean. The staffs are so accommodating. They have a great food selection and I love the free breakfast!

very small TV, no toiletries unless you request from them, no floor towel, only one switch for toilet and vanity mirror, no sofa considering that room is deluxe.

It was good; we were able to rest after countless meetings in a day.
