"This was our third visit to this wonderful hotel. Every time it feels like coming home. Everyone is so kind and helpful! The rooms are spotless, facilities are wonderful. We have been twice in the summer and for the first time in the winter. Surroundings are wonderful and we are looking forward to next year when we will return again!"

"Modern hotel above Merano! Very pleasant welcome, the room was pretty large (but we were said we had the largest one) with a beautiful terrace. The infinity pool was amazing and the indoor spa area as well. The breakfast was good, a lot of choices (buffet), the dinner is mainly served."

"Hotel Chalet Mirabell was such a beautiful Magical experience for our Family holiday making it the most perfect way to end the year and a fabulous start to 2026 all together. The Reiterer Family have created a relaxed, warm and welcoming venue with it's clean design and decor in a most idyllic area in the South Tyrol. Our rooms where spacious and very comfortable having the most majestic views of the Dolomites and kept impeccably clean. The SPA facilities are so well balanced in catering for Adult Guests travelling alone as well as for Family Guests with their Little Guests. The Kids Club/Cinema/Family SPA with the Baby/Kids Pools & Slides kept our little ones perfectly entertained. The Food was an exquisite blend of South Tyrol and Mediterranean cuisine - best of Italian Cuisine. The Staff are all so pleasant and cordial with all of their guests giving special attention to their youngest guests which meant our three young Grandsons immediatly felt at home. We will definitely RETURN."

"The hotel is fantastic, with comfortable, well-designed rooms and excellent beds that ensure a great night’s sleep. The pool area is outstanding, featuring a beautiful pool with a whirlpool and a wonderful separate jacuzzi—perfect for unwinding after a day in the mountains. The restaurant is stylish and comfortable. Breakfast is very extensive, offering a wide variety of options to start the day well. A lovely extra is the afternoon snack, with a good soup, fresh salads, nice snacks, and delicious cakes. Dinner is the absolute highlight: every course is presented like a piece of art and tastes delicious. The variety and quality of the dishes are impressive. What truly makes this hotel exceptional is the staff. Every single team member—from the front desk and bar staff to housekeeping, restaurant servers, and chefs—is genuinely friendly, attentive, and professional. The atmosphere they create is warm, welcoming, and personal. A very special mention goes to the owner, Stefan. He is a true host in every sense of the word and works tirelessly alongside his team on a daily basis—something you rarely see. His passion, dedication, and hands-on approach clearly set the tone for the entire hotel and result in an incredibly well-organized, motivated, and outstanding team. The complimentary shuttle bus is another great plus, providing easy access to the mountain and numerous hiking trails in the area."

"The view is spectacular. Trails for walks, bike riding is always a blast. You can hire an e-bike. The staff are exceptional. Brano & Martina are the best also Violetta at reception & another female, apologies I cannot remember. The food was tasty, the breakfast, lunch and dinner were amazing, with 3 restaurants to choose from for dinner. This part of my trip was a highlight. This place is really a treat."

Η τοποθεσία είναι απλά φανταστική – Ήσυχη, αλλά εξακολουθεί να είναι ιδανική για εκδρομές σε και γύρω από το Hafling. Τα διαμερίσματα είναι σύγχρονα, καλύτερα εξοπλισμένα και πολύ καθαρά. Ειδικά απολαύσαμε την όμορφη περιοχή υγιεινής, με σάουνα, σαλόνι και υποκόκκινο σάουνα – τέλειο για χαλάρωση μετά από μια ενεργή ημέρα. Για πεζούς και φανούς ποδηλάτων, η διαμονή βρίσκεται ιδανικά στο – Πολλές οδούς ξεκινούν ακριβώς μπροστά από την πόρτα του σπιτιού. Η σύνδεση με το λεωφορείο για το Μπόζεν ή το Μεράν είναι πολύ καλή, καθιστώντας την διαμονή ακόμη πιο ευέλικτη. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ ζεστός και είχε μεγάλες συμβουλές για εκδρομές και δραστηριότητες στο περιβάλλον."
