Visited Haining for the May Day tide-watching festival, and this hotel came highly recommended by a friend. The room was very spacious with a separate wet and dry area, and I especially loved that the bed's firmness could be adjusted to my preference. The housekeeping butler contacted us a day in advance, providing details about the parking garage, tide-watching schedule, and weather forecast, and was always ready to answer any questions. The electric cart service for transfers was very convenient. We had dinner at the hotel, and the ambiance was lovely; the braised pork was particularly delicious. However, one female front desk staff member had a stiff attitude and was inflexible in handling a simple matter, making it overly complicated. Throughout our two-day stay, we experienced warm and excellent service from the lobby manager, the greeter/bellhop, and the housekeeping staff.

The room is in a newly built local community, an ideal water town. The community environment is good. The door is like a hotel. The room is an apartment with south-south or north-south access. The living room is large and the room is small. The bed is not big. There is a balcony. The ones on high floors can be seen from a distance. Qiantang River.

The hotel's location is a bit off the beaten path, but the surrounding greenery is lovely. The only downside was that the riverside path was under construction, so we couldn't take a walk along the river, and the riverside facilities weren't fully developed. However, we could watch the tide from our balcony, which was very relaxing as we didn't have to deal with crowds. The service was also excellent; they provided fresh fruit and snacks every afternoon.

The hotel is located within the resort, and check-in needs to be done at the visitor center at the main gate (during the National Day holiday, there were too many people, and only 6 front desk staff made the check-in process very slow). You can also arrange luggage delivery directly to the hotel when checking in at the visitor center (I only found this out later, just a friendly heads-up). 2. This is the best hotel within the resort; it's very new, the rooms are spacious, and the front desk service is excellent. When checking out, you can also arrange for luggage delivery directly to the visitor center, and pick it up when you leave. 3. The lunch included for the next day in the package was fantastic. It's served at the hotel's Chinese restaurant on the second floor, and it's definitely enough for three people. 4. The Milan Storm Water World, which is indoors and included in the package, requires a shuttle bus ride to get there. It's quite good, and the kids loved it. Overall, everything was great. I especially enjoyed the real-life immersive game experience – it was fantastic. I'll definitely come back for a 3-day, 2-night stay next time; it offers excellent value for money.

The room was spacious with a large bathtub. I forgot to bring a disposable liner for the tub, but the hotel provided one and even helped set it up. My two kids had a blast bathing in it. The hotel is right next to the service center, and there's a small door that leads directly to the Gongzhen Gate, which is very convenient. The facilities are also very new. I highly recommend this scenic area. We missed some performances, which is a bit of a shame, but we'll definitely come back again.

This is the most cost-effective homestay we have ever stayed in. The largest guest room is a three-bedroom and two-bathroom family suite. It is as warm and comfortable as home. The bedding is clean and tidy. The family lives in a super comfortable place! There is also a projector to watch movies, great value! As I generally love beauty and love life, of course, 100% recommend it to my relatives and friends. In the future, I will bring my girlfriends to the team and bring my baby to watch the tide and live in his house!

Before my trip, the concierge added me on WeChat to explain parking directions and kept checking on my estimated arrival time. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the visitor center. The room was very clean, and the bedding was comfortable. Breakfast is served just outside the hotel's main entrance. I might have gone a bit too late, around 8 AM, as there wasn't much left to eat. The replenishment was quite slow afterwards; I missed out on fried eggs, and the noodles were plain. That was a bit disappointing.

The hotel is located outside the Yanguan Chaozhou City, not far from the visitor center. The entrance fee includes multiple entries via facial recognition, and hotel guests can also ride the shuttle bus within the scenic area for free. Breakfast was at the nearby Shuishi Hotel; a restaurant next door is quite delicious, and the Qianlong Banquet Balls are a must-try. Parking is free in Parking Garage No. 1. A shuttle bus takes you to the visitor center for check-in. There's a ring of fast-charging stations on the third and fourth floors of the parking garage, which is very convenient.

I'd been looking forward to my trip to Yanguan for ages, but I was hesitant about booking a hotel, worried that a bad choice would spoil my trip. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's excellent environment—clean and tidy. The staff were incredibly welcoming, clearly explaining the hotel and the time we would be watching the tidal bore. They even upgraded us to the hotel's top suite, which was a wonderful surprise. It was probably the hotel's good fortune that allowed us to witness the tidal bore even when we might not have seen it. All of this was thanks to the hotel's comfort and the good luck we had. I hope to stay here again next time and enjoy everything the hotel has to offer. Thank you so much!
