"It seems they give tourists rooms of bad quality. AC did not function. Mold in ceiling and majority of the bathroom. General cleanliness was less than ideal, however the owner seems to neglect needed renovations and up keep. I would feel just the slightest bit cleaner after a shower in this hotel. But it is a place to stay I guess. Spend a few more dollars and invest in a nicer hotel."

"It wasn't a hotel. It was just a place where many motels were operating in the building. When I checked in, I said I wanted a spa room, but the staff gave me a regular room. After I unpacked, they contacted me and said they would give me a spa room as if they were making special arrangements. It was very unpleasant. And the spa room was just a room that smelled like mold."

"This is truly the worst of the worst. I came from far away with my child, and there were no accommodations around Starfield, so I made a reservation, but I ended up paying for a cleaning service and using it. There were more than one or two really serious issues, but I'll just upload this photo."

"When I arrived, the employee came out and told me to leave the car keys and get out. After paying and going up, I got a call saying that my neck hurts and that the car suddenly stopped and that my neck was broken. I said okay for now and was resting, but then I got a call again asking if there was a problem with my car and asked me to come out. When I got down, the car was backing up earlier and suddenly stopped suddenly and my neck hurt and asked me to report it as a personal injury. I checked the black box and while backing up, I didn't see a person coming out from behind and the car suddenly stopped when it saw the person. I told them to go to the hospital tomorrow and call me back tomorrow. I gave them my number and went up. When I was resting again, I got a call again telling me to come out and report it as a personal injury. I got angry and said that I understood and that I couldn't rest because they kept calling and I wasn't going to sleep today and asked for a refund. I told them that they wouldn't do that and that they would call the police and told me to come down. The police came and the employee from Yaza said that it happened in the parking lot while I was valet parking and that it would be right to report it to the Yaza Hotel insurance. So I told them to figure it out on their own and that if they weren't going to give me a refund, I would leave. Then I got a text saying this while I was parking. I recorded you telling me to be thankful that you were injured and that I didn't hit anyone, so I'm going to file a complaint against you, an employee of the establishment, for insulting and abusing me. Then, thank you for your hard work. The person behind me said that he didn't see me and almost hit the person coming out while backing up and he's suing me, saying it's all my fault. The worst place to go when you're sleeping... The place where they tell you to get out and report a personal injury, saying they'll provide valet service. Where did the insult come from? I only said the right things... The place where they tell me to file an insurance claim because it's my fault for giving a broken car to a person who was resting when they got up. The place where they record themselves backing up for less than 5 km, say they drove slowly without a problem, and ask you to file an insurance claim because their neck hurts and they're going to the hospital... I told people around me not to go when you're sleeping."
