The location is superb, right on Central Street, and just a few minutes' walk to Saint Sophia Cathedral and the Flood Control Monument. It's incredibly convenient for sightseeing, dining, and getting around. The room was clean and tidy, with a well-designed wet/dry bathroom separation. The smart voice-activated devices were handy, and the mattress and pillows were soft, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and there was even a robot delivering items. The free laundry service was very practical. Overall, it’s quiet despite being in a bustling area, and the soundproofing is good. There are plenty of shops and local eateries nearby. The value for money is outstanding. This is definitely my top choice for trips to Harbin, and I'll be staying here again next time!

She is very nice and tries her best to satisfy customers! Must like instantly! The girl on the second day was not as good as the first day!
