Excellent! We arrived a little early but it was no bother and we were checked in swiftly by a very kind and professional receptionist; she was very helpful too with a great sense of humour. The rooms are very nice, big and clean and the bathroom is big, with a choice of shower heads and a separate bath. The breakfast buffet offers A LOT of options and I was impressed, it would have been perfect if they’d have served vegetarian sausages but that’s me being incredibly picky. Check out was swift plus you can also check out online or leave your keys in a drop box. There is ample parking and the location is very good as you are just off the motorway between Belgium and Germany. We booked directly with them so they offered us a little treat which was super nice. I thoroughly recommend this hotel; the parking, rooms and staff are very, very good!

Service was good. Rooms complete. Breakfast was well cared and wide choice. Unfortunately we had the room above the Irish Pub. That's nicely useless. Until 4.00 hours no eye closed. Despite windows close to ventilator, no airco, and was very warm ....These rooms above the pub should actually be used nudity ......

Otele giriş yaptığımızda 14.30 civarı idi, (check-inn 15.00), odalar henüz hazır değildi ki olabilir, bize bavullarımızı bırakmamız önerildi. Akşam 19.30 sıralarında otel döndüğümüzde bavulların olduğu odanın kapısının açılamadığını, görevli personele ve otel müdürüne ulaşamadıklarını öğrendik. İlaçlarımız dahil herşeyimiz kitliydi ve ne zaman açılacağı konusunda hiç kimsenin fikri yoktu. Yoğun ısrar hatta agresif bir yaklaşım ile sonunda gece 2.00 gibi kapı kırıldı ve bavullar geldi. Bu arada bize defalarca otel müdürünün pazartesi günü bize ulaşacağı söylendi, ki bu HİÇ OLMADI :(( Bitti mi, HAYIR, sonraki 2 gün oda temizlenmedi, sonunda gene defalarca söyleyerek odayı temizlettik. Bitti mi, HAYIR, Bu otelde 2 oda ayırtmıştık birisi 1 Eylül diğeri 2 Eylül çıkışlı.Kızımızın başka planı olduğu için. 30 Ağustos günü herhangi bir özür vs. alamamış ve zar zor odamızı nihayet temizletmişken, iki odayı da 1 Eylülde boşaltmamız gerektiği BİLDİRİLDİ. Şaka sandınız değil mi? gayet ***dilerdi, ne otele varış öncesi, ne check-in sırasında ne de otelde geçirdiğimiz 3 gün boyunca bahsetmedikleri bir fazla rezervasyon olduğu , çıkmazsak polis çağıracaklarını söylediler. Nice new hotel. Unfortunately no welcome drinks, which is normal. nice room. No possibility to impose the bags anywhere but on the ground. We are not so old, but still a little limited. So put the chair on the desk with extra support, enough space for a baggage bag or something like that, and now we arrived late in the rain. Had not even been watching, because there were some cars that we should not have left the car standing before the door. Not asked. In the meantime, 10 days further and no points received. A stay in Castle TerWorm is really an experience. From the moment you get the field, you feel the special atmosphere. The castle has a beautiful garden, making you immediately enter a delicious “relax mode”. The service is top. The staff is friendly and professional, they make you feel welcome. Eating in the restaurant was a whole culinary experience, the dishes were creative and each plate was a picture. The wine choice was excellent, including expert advice from the sommelier.
