"Do NOT stay at Hotel Ibaia! I was double charged and despite their promises, I never got my money back. Their card device is ancient and cannot process refunds, and they said they would do a bank transfer—but it’s been two weeks and I still have nothing. To make things worse, they completely ignored all my emails. Their customer service is nonexistent, and dealing with them feels like being scammed. Be extremely careful if you are thinking of booking here. This hotel is unprofessional, unreliable, and I would never recommend it to anyone."

"Located at the border town of Hendaye. This hotel probably consists of 2 buildings (atleast). One building is dedicated for restaurant and bar etc. Rooms were satisfactory and tidy. Nothing extraordinary however. Value for money. The breakfast was buffet with loads of options. Plenty of parking. Staff was cheerful and helpful. If I visit this corner of the country, would prefer to stay here."

"Location decalated from the noisy center. Breakfast terrace with sea view. rdc room side courtyard, large, no noise from the seafront road. A garage for bikes. Free parking. A breakfast buffet with some home-made products (cake, yachts ...), it is really nice, maybe missing some fresh fruit. A establishment held by a performing and demanding female team (cleanness, service, smile.. )"
