"I do not recommend this hotel for visits. The reception staff speak English, but in most other parts of the hotel, communication in English is difficult. The restaurant provides no information about ingredients in the dishes, which is dangerous for people with food allergies. Guests with dietary restrictions are not properly informed or protected. Some of the medical staff were rude during procedures, making the experience uncomfortable and unprofessional. Most of the staff do not greet guests or say “Good morning” or “Good day,” showing a lack of basic hospitality. Overall, I was disappointed with the service and staff attitude. This hotel does not meet the standards expected from a 4-star spa destination."

"Liked · The staff was fantastic! I had the impression that everyone there was doing their best and trying to fulfill guests' wishes! The room was just like in the photos and perfectly fine. Pleasantly, it was also quiet. The food was particularly outstanding! Both breakfast and dinner were very extensive, tasted delicious, and were first-class! Disliked · The biggest drawback is unfortunately the sauna area. I don't even know where to begin. You go in, you're in a circular walkway, and the air there is EXTREMELY bad. There are various sauna cabins to the left and right. Of course, these can't be properly ventilated because there's a massive lack of fresh air. After that, you come to the small relaxation room, where the air is also very bad. There's a door leading outside. Presumably, you'd have to leave the door open for 5 minutes every hour or so, but nobody does. There's only one sauna cabin outside. This one is okay. Unfortunately, all the guided sauna infusions—for whatever reason—take place in the indoor sauna instead of the outdoor one. The best thing in the sauna area is the jacuzzi! Although, unfortunately, there are no instructions on how to activate the jets. If another guest hadn't told me, I would have been completely lost. So there's definitely room for improvement here."

"Pros: The room was modern and impressive, featuring a very comfortable mattress and electric curtains. The newly renovated sauna felt brand new and high-end. In the restaurant, the staff were friendly, and we enjoyed the variety of desserts and delicious ice cream. Since we stayed for 7 nights, the all-inclusive alcohol available after lunch was a great bonus. The location is also very convenient, within easy walking distance of the bus stop. Cons: • Dishonest Management: The outdoor pool was closed, ruining the spa experience. The hotel failed to disclose this during booking, only emailing us after the cancellation period had expired. This left the indoor pools extremely overcrowded. • Hygiene & Maintenance: The cold plunge pool was located in a corner and was visibly dirty with floating debris, suggesting a failed filtration system. The room's central AC barely worked, making it very stuffy unless we kept the windows open. • Poor Housekeeping: One day, they removed dirty towels but provided no replacements, didn't make the bed, and failed to refill toiletries or toilet paper. I had to complain to the front desk twice to get it resolved. • Food Concerns: While the desserts were good, the main dishes were very repetitive over 7 days. We noticed reused leftovers, including spoiled shrimp salad and withered greens. Additionally, the "wristband" policy for the restaurant was never enforced, which was confusing."

"We stayed in the Apart Hotel which is an annex to the Kalma one block away. Our room was in the attic with sky lights not windows so the sun baked the room when the temperature reached 95 degrees outside. In an evening we could not open the windows because the restaurant below had loud music until late at night. The bed was two singles pushed permanently together- no good if you wanted space and no good for snuggles. There was not even a bar of soap in the room let alone shower gel. The cooking facilities were basic but adequate. You should definitely visit Heviz but stay somewhere else that has air conditioning and doesn't have the gaul to charge for WiFi."

"We do not recommend this accommodation if you want to use the air conditioning. Throughout our stay they promised to fix the broken air conditioning and nothing happened, we called support every day and no one helped us fix the problem the whole time. In addition, in the ground floor apartments you can't open the windows because they are very low and someone could climb in. In addition, there is a road and seating for all guests right outside the windows. So, in the morning, all the people who are leaving early will wake you up. On the other floors everything will probably be ok, I am describing an experience from the ground floor, beware. Otherwise, the property is nice, renovated, but our experience is really bad, because in 5 days no one could solve our problem. They offered us a compensation which nobody specified, really bad service."
