Hey Lou Hotel Hildesheim ★★★

"Nice hotel, just decided to stay for another night in this hotel. Everything was smooth, could keep my previous room."

Van der Valk Hotel Hildesheim ★★★★

"The hotel is located right in the city center, so as soon as you walk out you're right in front of the most beautiful part of the city. The location is fantastic, the rooms are very clean, the staff are very nice, and the breakfast is very rich."

B&B HOTEL Hildesheim ★★

"We had a family room for 3 adults with 2 beds and 1 bunk bed. During our stay, a lollipop candy was discovered under the bunk bed, as well as a few strand of hairs were found on the bedsheets on upper part of the bunk bed."

Parkhotel Berghölzchen ★★★★

"The environment is very quiet, suitable for vacation"

IntercityHotel Hildesheim ★★★★

"Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ καλό, φρέσκο και πολύ προετοιμασμένο και προσεκτημένο προσωπικό. Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται ακριβώς δίπλα στον κύριο σιδηροδρομικό σταθμό. Η περιοχή στάθμευσης δεν είχε σήμανση. Ακόμη και σε 5 αστέρων ξενοδοχεία, τόσο σπάνια έχουν εμπειρία ευγενικού προσωπικού."

Novotel Hildesheim ★★★★

"Due to the Hannovermesse, the hotel was very full. There was a long line at the only coffee machine, and we had to wait 20 minutes for a breakfast egg. The elevator wasn't working either. On top of all that, the room was three times more expensive than usual."

M&A Cityhotel Hildesheim ★★★

"One of the Worst Hotel Experiences I Have Had I travel extensively, both for business and leisure, and I have stayed in hundreds of hotels across many countries. I am normally quite understanding when things do not go according to plan, but my experience at M&A Hotel Hildesheim was simply unacceptable. We arrived at the hotel late in the evening with our family of six (two adults and four children). We had booked and paid for two rooms that were specifically intended to accommodate all six of us. However, upon check-in we were assigned two rooms that did not provide sufficient sleeping arrangements for our family. When we pointed out the problem, the hotel acknowledged that they could not accommodate six people as booked. Their proposed solution was to place three people in one room and two people in the other. This still left one member of our family without a bed and effectively without a place to sleep. The only remaining option would have been for that person to sleep on the floor or elsewhere, which is obviously an unacceptable and unworkable solution. What made the situation even worse was the attitude of the staff. We were met by employees who were unprofessional, dismissive, and showed little interest in resolving the problem. There was no meaningful apology and no genuine effort to find alternative accommodation or any reasonable solution. Mistakes can happen at any hotel, but what separates good hotels from bad ones is how they respond when things go wrong. In this case, the hotel failed completely. We were left with no choice but to find another hotel at around 8:30 PM after a long day of travel. Fortunately, we found availability at Novotel Hildesheim. The difference was remarkable. The staff there were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They quickly found a workable solution for our family, and the hotel itself was far more welcoming, comfortable, and pleasant than M&A Hotel Hildesheim. Having stayed at countless hotels around the world, this ranks among the poorest experiences I can remember. A hotel that cannot provide the accommodation that was booked and paid for, and then proposes a solution that leaves one guest without a bed, is simply not meeting basic hospitality standards. I cannot recommend M&A Hotel Hildesheim to families or to anyone who expects professionalism, customer service, and accommodation that matches the booking. If you are choosing between the two, I would strongly recommend staying at Novotel Hildesheim instead."
