FULLY RENOVATED in November 2024! Salty Daze is a ground-level private accommodation nestled in the heart of Holmes Beach. No detail has been overlooked in this home away from home! From the private heated pool surrounded by the tropical oasis of a backyard to the professionally decorated interior. You'll find everything you need to make this your best vacation to Anna Maria Island!
The stunning beaches are about a 7 minute walk away by foot and can easily be accessed by bike as well. There are several bikes available for your use and free of charge as well as beach chairs! The Ugly Grouper and other local shops and restaurants are just a brief 5-minute walk away and the Trolley stop is just around the corner from the property for easy access to the rest of the island.
The interior features a gourmet kitchen that has everything you need to prepare a meal at home. This light and airy unit features plenty of space for everyone to spread out but still spend quality time together. With plenty of seating for everyone, there is a dining table with 4 chairs as well as seating around the bar.
There are two large flat screen TVs, one in the living area and the other in the Master bedroom.

We had minimal hurricane damage- just change flooring and updated furniture. There is a large shared. pool in the backyard as well as a separate patio and grill for each unit. You have the option to heat the pool. Your room charge covers the the pool temperature up to 75F. It’s additional $150 for week stay or less to heat the pool above 75F. Please let us know if you wish to heat the pool so we have it ready for your upcoming stay. Washer and dryer in each unit for your use. The property includes free wireless internet. Each unit has been updated and is comfortably furnished. We provide beach towels, beach chairs and beach trolley as well. This gorgeous home is just short distance to the beach, with other beautiful homes nearby. This beautiful home is one of two, with zero lot line construction, so the adjoining house has just common wall in the garage, this home has its own separate backyard, heated pool 82-84 degrees & Jacuzzi(not a hot tub) and views from the balcony. This home is a two bedroom, so can sleep 4, but does have a sleeper sofa in the living room for 2 extra guest. The Living room is located upstairs and gives a great view of the beach and Gulf of America. There is a deck off the Living room with great breeze coming off the gulf, and fantastic location to watch the sunsets. This home has a private pool, with a paver deck, surrounded by Palms, and all types of Florida Landscaping. The Living room and dining room and Kitchen are all located together, all with a view of the beach. Relax back, watch a movie on Flat screen TV, or get on your laptop and scroll the internet.
Private garage for parking out of the weather and secure when your gone. There is an elevator that will take you to all levels, or take the stairs your choice. Bedrooms are very spacious, with a large shower and walk in closets for the Master bedroom. Master bedroom has a King size bed, large flat screen TV, and a deck

When booking 'A Lazy River Day and Night, you are getting both sides of duplex, 2 bedrooms per side, for a total of 4 bedrooms! We offer portable cribs w mattresses, strollers and high chairs, beach chairs, wagons, coolers, bikes! So many more things to make your time here stress free!
A Lazy River Day and Night is your vacation paradise offering a one of a kind Lazy River heated, salt water pool with several shallow areas which is sure to be a hit with all ages! Outside balconies and pool level covered patios are sure to keep the family enjoying the beautiful sunny and warm weather! Fire up the barbecue and enjoy a home cooked meal. New Outdoor dining table for 8! Watch the kids swim in the pool and float down the Lazy River. If you can pull yourself away from this peaceful place, the azure waters and white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island are less than 2.3 blocks away. Just a leisurely stroll with included beach cart or a wonderful bike ride to a peaceful paradise with its amazing sunsets! You can rent and have delivered to the home any type of sports equipment such as paddle boards, kayaks, gulf carts, etc. If you don't want to rent a car, the free Island Trolley is 1 block from the house and will take you anywhere you want to shop, dine or quench that occasional ice cream craving! Great shopping on Pine Ave is 5 mins away. The Marina is a block away. Both the Bay and Gulf sides offer easy entrance for boats, kayaks, paddle boards, etc and you can have those items delivered to those entrance points.

This home is professionally cleaned including new safety standards recently updated with your health in mind. We utilize a Professional Linens Company for bedding and towels.
We start you off on the right foot with a beginning supply of necessary toiletries, dishwasher tablets and garbage bags. Groceries stores are a few minutes away or you can order your supplies and have them delivered. Our local island experienced team will be a phone call away should you need anything or have questions during your stay. We provide beach gear and several bikes and helmets.
When evening comes and you want to settle in for the night, let the kids (young and old) play Nintendo on the included Switch player and games, while you watch a dvd or your favorites on Roku. Cable tv is included along with high speed wifi. Several board games and books are available for your pleasure. Need a portable play yard? A highchair? Just ask. It will be provided for you!
