"This guesthouse boasts a beautiful and tranquil location right in the city center, yet it's peaceful as it's not on a main road, avoiding the noise of traffic. Our family of three stayed in a triple room on the first floor. Although there's a lounge directly across from our window, the soundproofing was excellent; we weren't disturbed by any noise. The toilet and bathroom were clean, hygienic, and spacious. It would be even better if hand soap was provided. I particularly want to praise the beds – they perfectly supported our bodies, and when my partner turned over, it barely disturbed me. The pillows were soft and comfortable. Self check-in was simple and easy. I requested an extra room card, and the person in charge was happy to provide it. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip."

"The stay was comfortable and chill. The hotel is newly open and clean. Parking is convenient and the gym was the best gym I have in Ipoh. The gym machine is new and well function. The jogging and cycling machines also a lot so that I don’t need to wait for others. There is jazcuzi and swimming pool as well. The garden are beautiful and nice photo session."

The room was comfortable and well-equipped with aircond, fan, and water heater .The owner was also very kind and friendly, which made the stay even more pleasant 😊 Love that they have cooking facilities, a BBQ area, and a swimming pool 😍 Perfect place to chill and have a small family day with loved ones. Definitely recommended!"

"This is a newly opened apartment hotel with brand new decor, furniture, appliances, and linens. The environment is beautifully designed, the small garden's greenery is lush, and the night view is stunning. The best part is the excellent front desk service. The staff, especially the security guards, are very polite."

"The hotel was easy to find and had ample parking, which made arrival really convenient. Check in was smooth with a proper check in counter available and having Bila Bila Mart nearby was a nice bonus for grabbing anything we needed. There’s also a swimming pool and gym, the pool was a little crowded during our stay but the gym had plenty of space and was well equipped with the basic equipment you’d need for a workout. One thing I particularly liked about the room was that the shower and toilet areas were separated which made the bathroom feel much more practical and comfortable to use"

"Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The apartment is relatively new, clean, and well-maintained. It’s in a convenient location, just 5–10 minutes from the city center, and it’s very easy to get around using Grab. The only downsides were that we couldn’t find a kettle, the TV was quite small, and the water pressure in the bathroom was rather low."

"Upon arrival the 2 contact details provided don't respond and it's really annoying and disappointing. 1 contact go into voicemail box and another will never pick up the call which somehow give you the impression of the host is not reliable(Attached conversation without reply) The property manager or agent that host these property really need to be more professional. The unit is full of new paintings and the smell cause lots of discomfort(Attached the toilet door with new paint) The bidet or sprinkler is broken and the water is scattered around and cause our clothes and toilet paper all wet!!!(Attached photo broken bidet) They don't install ventilation fan on the toilet and when you open the window for air circulation your neighbors could see you.Their intentions is very clear which is they don't bother the comfort of the guest(Attached photo of when open up the toilet window for ventilation the upper floor could see through hence no privacy while shower.You shower with window close and its felt suffocating after a while!!!) As Ipoh is famous for eateries to our surprise when we packed our supper home the utensils is really disappointing.The host barely provides you any plates and utensils.Maybe just 4 cups 4 plates as if anything extra will cause them a million dollars investment.You can't find extra waste plastic bags or toilet paper.They simply being too calculative and don't provide any extra even you are using it to keep their unit clean at least if you provide me with extra waste plastic bags we could pack our waste and keep it clean and hygiene instead. Each room only 2 towels for shower and no pools towel provided.Very inconsiderate!!! The worst part is they will sent you a check out instructions 6am in the morning to wake you up!!! If you having a peak booking on our check out date you may sent a reminder for checkout but please not at 6am in the morning !!! I think Trip.Com should check on your agent quality and set a minimum standards.The property host is really disappointed we don't have time to waste so we just put up with it and write a review after check out."

"Clean and lovely apartment. Convenient location, just 150m walk to lost world of tambun. Check in was simple, fast response from mgmt company via WhatsApp. Onsen was nice and hot, good for evenings and nights."
