The location is superb as well, very close to the scenic spots, making it perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. "It felt similar to the rooms at Chimelong, but without the noise. The check-in experience was incredibly smooth. Perhaps it was off-season, as we checked in at 11:00 AM, which was a pleasant surprise. The front desk lady, number 012, even upgraded my room for free. Seeing I was traveling with a child, she even gave me a ticket to the theme park, which was very thoughtful. Unable to find parking, we contacted the hotel, and a staff member warmly greeted us at the entrance. However, due to the New Year's Eve crowds, there wasn't enough parking, so we had to park elsewhere. The hotel promised to cover the parking fee. After checking out, I showed them the parking payment screenshot, and they asked for my QR code for payment. However, from check-out at 10:30 AM until I got home at 9:00 PM, I still hadn't received the reimbursed parking fee. Complimentary fruit, tea, Americano coffee: Since we arrived late, I didn't have coffee at night and asked the hotel if I could have it the next morning. They agreed, stating coffee was available from 8 AM to 11 PM. However, when I messaged them at 8:30 AM the next day asking for two coffees, they said they would deliver them at 10 AM. They were never delivered, even by 10:30 AM check-out. The other fruits and tea were also not provided. Overall, the hotel's environment, cleanliness, and breakfast were good, but the service attitude was quite casual. They failed to deliver on their promise to cover the parking fee (20 RMB) and provide the complimentary coffee."
