I brought six elders from my family, and they all said Sister Li was incredibly kind and they had a wonderful afternoon. They later secretly told me that on the way there they were worried the environment wouldn't be fun, but they were extremely satisfied afterward, especially the mahjong machine in the room, which was a real treat for them, haha. "The owner pre-booked a bus for us from Harbin to Xuegu, which dropped us off directly at the guesthouse entrance. They also provided shuttle services to and from the ski resort. The guesthouse is centrally located in DongSheng Forest Farm in Xuegu, just a short walk from various iron pot stews and small BBQ joints, which was incredibly satisfying!
