Lambs roamed freely, and every photo we took of the mountain scenery looked like it belonged in a magazine – truly an ideal wilderness retreat. Even more impressive than the breathtaking scenery was the incredibly thoughtful service that made us feel right at home. I accidentally spilled milk tea and stained the front desk, but the staff cleaned it up meticulously without a word of complaint. When we returned in heavy rain, a dedicated staff member walked us all the way to our car under an umbrella and back to the hotel. When my child suffered from altitude sickness, oxygen tanks were delivered multiple times throughout the night, available instantly whenever we called. I even left my facial cleanser behind in a rush when checking out, and the hotel proactively shipped it to our next hotel free of charge. With the romantic setting of the snowy mountain and the vast lawn, combined with such delicate and warm hospitality, there was no sense of unfamiliar distance. It truly felt like having a gentle home at the foot of the snow-capped mountain."

"When visiting Lijiang's Baisha Ancient Town, I honestly can't recommend Wuxia Erli Guesthouse enough! We were staying at another guesthouse along the ancient town's main road, only about 300 meters away, and after I messaged the owner, they immediately came to pick us up. They even kindly helped us with our luggage to the front desk – truly attentive and thoughtful throughout. To our surprise, they upgraded our room for free during check-in, putting us directly into a viewing room with a panoramic view of Yulong Snow Mountain – absolutely stunning! We immediately booked an extra night. The guesthouse features a distinctive Naxi architectural style, creating a wonderful ambiance. The entire room is equipped with Tmall smart controls, making it super convenient to turn on lights and adjust the temperature. Upon arrival, we received complimentary fresh fruit, and the daily breakfast was both meticulously prepared and delicious – exactly to our taste. The environment is quiet and elegant, and the hygiene is spotless. The staff are warm and genuinely helpful. Every aspect made our stay incredibly comfortable, and this experience was truly perfect. If you're coming to Baisha Ancient Town, staying here is definitely a no-brainer – I'll choose this place again next time!"

"The environment here is absolutely beautiful. On our second morning, we even saw Jade Dragon Snow Mountain from the hotel square. The public hot spring inside the hotel kept the kids entertained all afternoon. You can swim there, the water temperature is perfect, and the whirlpools in the hot spring play area were a lot of fun. They offer three types of drinks for free and unlimited refills, and the freshly squeezed juices are also very affordable. The public hot spring has separate pools for men and women, as well as mixed pools. The shower rooms are very clean. Our room was courtyard-style, with a private hot spring bath in the small courtyard. The hot spring water here is excellent; as soon as you get in, your skin immediately feels smooth, comparable to Beppu Onsen in Japan. However, the environment here far surpasses hotels in Beppu. Breakfast was also very good, and the hotel's dining prices aren't high. We primarily ate vegetarian dishes, and the prices were around 28-38 yuan per item, which is very reasonable and the food was clean. The hotel is very close to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, Shuhe Ancient Town, Baisha Ancient Town, and the Romance Park scenic area, making it a fantastic experience for children. We're already planning to stay here again for Chinese New Year!"

"This hotel, newly opened in April, is located near Baisha Ancient Town, about 700 meters away. The surroundings are very quiet, and from the second-floor balcony, you can see Jade Dragon Snow Mountain – though unfortunately, it was the rainy season when I visited, so nothing was visible. Overall, the facilities and service are excellent. Highly recommended, especially for couples. **Facilities:** All amenities are comprehensive. Yunnan's weather is quite dry, and the room had a fireplace-style humidifier, which added a great ambiance, though the light on it couldn't be turned off, which was a minor drawback. Other amenities included a Dyson hairdryer, a wet/dry separated shower and toilet, and a fantastic private hot spring tub. Just contact the front desk, and they'll help prepare the tub liner for your bath 🛀 – a truly wonderful experience. There's also a cat room on the second floor with three furry friends you can pet. **Hygiene:** Clean and tidy. **Service:** The service was superb. Any requests could be made via a WeChat group. The staff were attentive and polite, offering complimentary laundry and turn-down services. The breakfast had both Chinese and Western options, and tasted great. Upon check-out, they even gave a lovely farewell gift, which was a really nice touch! 👍"

"The room was very clean and tidy. It completely exceeded expectations. The location was good. You can see the sea lake view of Lashi at any time. The front desk of the sea view private soup room booked was also intimately upgraded to the first-line lake view room. Go downstairs around the lake and go to the Lu** standing pool facing the lake. In the evening, you can soak in the soup to watch the orange sea sunset. It is also very safe at night. Quiet hot water 24 hours stable, less people in the courtyard, quiet, not noisy, butler service is good, free pick-up, recommended, highly recommended"

From the moment we entered the hotel gate, we were already amazed. The place is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. The staff member who communicated with us via WeChat was incredibly helpful—from arranging our transfer from the station to the hotel, to accommodating my dietary restrictions as a Muslim. They kindly prepared a special breakfast for us: rice noodles with egg, along with sweet potatoes, corn, and boiled eggs. What made it even more special was that everything was cooked by a very warm grandmother. Despite the language barrier, we could truly feel the warmth and love in her cooking. The cabin we booked was absolutely perfect. It had a spacious yard, a hot tub, and a terrace with a table and chairs—great for dining or simply spending time together with family. Stepping inside the cabin was even more impressive: a large bed, lots of natural light, and equipped with smart home devices. One important detail for us was the bathroom—it had a bidet and a fully smart toilet with remote control. Since the temperature in Lijiang varies greatly between day and night, we were very grateful that the cabin had both floor heating and room heating. The bedroom also featured a large projector, and above it, a sunroof that can be opened—perfect for stargazing at night. It truly exceeded all our expectations. The hotel area is also next to a very aesthetic café with a stunning view called Yuntian Cafe. For those traveling with family, this place is perfect—the area is spacious and great for kids to explore nature. If you want to go out for meals, Baisha Ancient Town is just a few kilometers away. What I will remember the most is the kindness of the staff. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly, always doing their best to accommodate every request. Please never change—your hospitality feels just like being with family. Next time we visit Lijiang, we will definitely stay here again without hesitation."

"I spent three nights at Liuji and had a wonderful, relaxing experience. The guesthouse had a novel yet down-to-earth design, with two meticulously maintained courtyards and six uniquely themed rooms. It ensured quality accommodation while incorporating local characteristics. Compared to other guesthouses in the ancient town that were simply beautifully designed, Liuji felt warm and charming. The guesthouse staff provided excellent concierge service from booking to check-out. They offered pick-up and drop-off service to the ancient town, and guests could easily request coffee. Each evening, depending on availability, there were late-night snacks and a bonfire for drinks. A thoughtful gift was also given before departure. Overall, the service was very warm and attentive. The rooms were fully equipped, and the personal care products were thoughtfully provided—LeLabo toiletries, Marshell speakers, basically everything guests might need. The attention to detail was excellent. Although it was a converted old house, the underfloor heating kept it warm in winter, and a humidifier was provided for dry conditions. Breakfast offers both Chinese and Western options. For lunch and dinner, we recommend booking at Shanxun Yunxiang, a restaurant next to the guesthouse. If you prefer takeout, Huanshan Private Kitchen is also a good option. Although the guesthouse isn't in the absolute center, it's conveniently located away from the hustle and bustle, bringing you closer to nature and the village. If you're looking for a slow-paced, unplanned getaway, staying at Liuji in Baisha Ancient Town is a great choice. In the morning, you can wake up to the sunrise over Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. During the day, explore the Baisha murals in the ancient town, find a coffee shop to soak up the sun, and in the evening, sit in the guesthouse courtyard and gaze at the starry sky. Even within a kilometer radius, you can still experience a sense of tranquility and comfort. Hopefully, I'll have the chance to come back again!"

If many hotels use ”design language” to construct a lie about privacy, then Tangting's first impression was one of solidified confidence built on a sense of ”appropriateness.” Before arrival, General Manager Amy's inquiry was polite and restrained, without being overly enthusiastic or intrusive; on the day of check-in, the founder, Brother Qingshan, personally drove to pick me up, his composure not showing obsequiousness, but rather like an old friend meeting. The journey wasn't far, we chatted a lot, and I was surprised to find out he was the first Ctrip customer, which felt like fate. The moment I opened the door, I understood what ”composure” truly meant. In the center of the lobby, the ancient tea tree was not just for show; under the dappled sunlight of the courtyard, it created an almost Zen-like order. At the warm invitation of Qingshan and Amy, we sampled the flavor of this century-old tea tree. It wasn't superficial; it was a testament to the sedimentation of time. Upon entering the room, a breathtaking panorama of snow-capped mountains unfolded before our eyes. The surrounding birdsong and insect chirps confirmed the saying: true seclusion isn't about hiding in the mountains, but about standing by the window and the world automatically turning down its volume for you. Some hotels sell bricks and antique furnishings, but Tangting sells a ”privilege” that allows for complete relaxation. This surprise reached its peak after nightfall. Bartender Xiao Boyu seemed to understand how to extract the soul of the night. The drink he personally crafted was unexpectedly amazing—a perfect balance of sweet and sour, with a finish that held the unique intensity and gentleness of Lijiang. One sip, and I realized that true ”seclusion” also requires this touch of intoxication to complete the experience. Noble without tranquility is merely a noisy dwelling; extravagance without moderation ultimately leads to vulgarity. True luxury isn't about the price tag, but about feeling a sense of peace and tranquility once you step inside. Last night, I enjoyed drinks with Qingshan and Xiaoboyu, and in the midst of our lively conversation, a sudden realization dawned on me. As Qingshan said, the best state in this world can be summed up in four words: just right. And this is precisely the most precious quality of Tangting."

The breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious, and there's a partnered small bar where you can enjoy a cocktail. They also help with luggage pick-up and drop-off when you arrive and leave.
