I was very pleased with my stay here. Our room was clean and comfortable at a reasonable rate. The area was safe and had a wide variety of stores and restaurants nearby. The front desk clerk (Silver I believe was her name) went above and beyond by offering us bottled water and snacks upon our arrival. She also brought out additional food at breakfast even though breakfast was closing in 10 minutes just so we would have fresh food to eat. We appreciate this great service and will definitely return if we are in the area again.

Got the Superior King - No Smoking (Smoking is still an option?) and it was fine. The bed was good. My only complaint would be the television. The channel options are plentiful, but there is NO CHANNEL GUIDE! I wanted to watch a football game on Fox, and the desk clerk said ”try Channel 12.” Wrong, it is Channel 12.1, which you can't even enter using the remote. You need to go to Settings ＞ Channels ＞ Edit to see what is available and change channels. Not user-friendly at all. Guest on the floor above me was repeatedly dropping something on the floor at 1 am and then again at 7 am.

The facility was great for the price. My complaint is minimal to express. The overall stay was great.

Dangerous entrance! When arriving from the interstate if you miss the hotel entrance (right turn - see pic) and turn around at the next street to make a left turn in YOU CAN’T (again, see pic). We almost got t-boned because we made the left attempt before we saw there’s a tall concrete barrier. Another caution, we booked and paid for our room on Expedia hours before we were to arrive. As we checked in the desk clerk told us Expedia’s payment card wasn’t working. It took 20 minutes and us placing a call to Expedia to get checked in. The other desk clerk told us that it’s better to book directly and not use 3rd party services like Expedia. This was the first time we’ve ever had this happen. Usually we walk up, give our name and the clerk hands us our room key. Overall, this hotel is okay for a good nights sleep after being on the road. It has a full kitchen including a full-size refrigerator and dishwasher as well as flatware, glasses, mugs, plates, bowls and they even supply dish soap!
