"The room was large, but lacked any of the amenities expected from a hotel of that price (e.g., slippers, fruit, toiletries, etc.). The breakfast was extremely poor. The hotel's courtesy was nonexistent. I asked to print two pages of the visa and they refused. But the worst was yet to come, something unimaginable... My mother and I were inside Victoria Falls National Park when a man called for my guide. At first, I thought he was a park ranger calling us to leave. Then I remembered it was the rude man from the hotel, demanding payment for dinner. I explained to him that my reservation was for full board and that I had paid for two nights but only stayed one. He insisted on seeing the receipt, even though I didn't have internet access. Rude, he wanted me to leave the tour to return to the hotel with him. I refused and continued the tour. Twenty minutes later, upon returning from a part of the trail, he was standing in the same spot, this time even more rude, shouting, demanding payment and that we return. I told him I had a schedule and that I paid for the tour to listen to the guide, not him. My guide thought I had done something very serious. I have never felt so humiliated and embarrassed. I will take all legal measures. I will never stay at that hotel again, not even for free."

"Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ άνετο: καθαρότητα σε δωμάτια και κοινόχρηστες περιοχές, τα δέντρα και τα ζώα και τα πουλιά μεγαλώνουν στην περιοχή: ακριβώς δίπλα στο δωμάτιό μας, συναντήσατε ένα ζωντανό μούσι! Υπάρχει μια πισίνα (στο δρόμο) στην περιοχή. Μια άνετη είσοδος και ένα πάρκινγκ για τους επισκέπτες. Το προσωπικό είναι πολύ ευχάριστο, βοηθά στην αντιμετώπιση διαφόρων προκλήσεων (όπως να τηλεφωνήσεις σε ένα τοπικό τηλέφωνο, όπου υπάρχει κάτι στην πόλη, κλπ.). Το πρωινό δεν είναι καλό: υπάρχει ένα κοινό μενού με φρούτα και ψωμί, γιαούρτι, χυμό (με κουτί) και καφέ. Μπορείτε να παραγγείλετε 1 από τα 6 πιάτα (συμπεριλαμβανομένου του ομελέτας, κρουασάν με σολομό, κλπ.). Αν παραγγείλεις διπλό, μπορείς να φας, αλλιώς θα πεινάς. Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται πολύ μακριά από την πόλη, αλλά κοντά στην προβλήτα. Αν ταξιδέψετε με βραδινή κρουαζιέρα, θα είναι πολύ κοντά, και μπορείτε να φτάσετε με τα πόδια (αν και θα πάρετε με τη μεταφορά). Αν δεν σχεδιάζετε να περπατήσετε στην πόλη και θέλετε να μείνετε μόνοι σας, αυτό το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ καλό."
