This is a business hotel with clean, tidy, and adequately sized rooms. However, if you're traveling with children and have more than two suitcases, I'd recommend booking at least a 'boutique room' as standard rooms might not have enough space for your luggage. The hotel staff are highly professional; I even encountered an employee (not ethnically Chinese) who spoke fluent Mandarin. Although they weren't speaking to me directly, it felt very welcoming. Indeed, there were quite a few Chinese guests coming and going. The hotel's lobby bar is excellent, offering a wide selection of drinks from 11 AM until late evening. The staff there are very enthusiastic. Crucially, the hotel is incredibly close to the airport. One of the photos I uploaded shows a building at the end of the road, which is part of the airport complex. To its left is P51, the car rental parking lot at Geneva Airport, and T1 terminal is just a short walk to its right. It's only a 7-minute walk from P51 back to the hotel, and 12 minutes from the terminal. This makes it particularly convenient for travelers who rent and return their cars at Geneva Airport. Of course, the hotel also provides a free shuttle bus service to and from the airport. It runs every 20 minutes, takes about 5 minutes, and I believe it starts as early as 4 AM. Turn right just 30 meters from the hotel entrance, and you'll find a bus stop for the No. 10 bus, which goes directly to Lake Geneva (a 5-minute walk from the stop) and Geneva Old Town. Upon check-in, the front desk provides an A4 printout with a free electronic public transport pass. Simply scan the QR code to download the 'hello Geneva' app, enter the 8-digit coupon ID, and you can generate an electronic travel card. You can use it for free for as many days as you're staying at the hotel. Breakfast is served on the basement level, with both indoor and outdoor seating (smoking allowed outdoors). The food selection is decent, including coffee, milk, juices, sausages, eggs (uncommonly, besides the usual cheesy scrambled eggs, they also offered fried egg rolls), salmon, and a good variety of cold cuts like ham and salami. Fruits, toast, bread, and mini croissants are also available. The hotel's charging sockets require an adapter. They support UK-style plugs, but for European round plugs, the recessed holes are quite deep. If you bring an adapter from home, make sure it's a long-tipped one like mine. Some round-headed adapters can only fit into the central socket.

I booked a single room for one night and a double room for another. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the front desk staff was very friendly. When I told them I'd left my room key inside, they jokingly told me I could sleep at the front desk instead! The hotel's location is excellent; you can get there directly from the train station by taking the underground passage and then an elevator. Breakfast options were a bit limited, but the quality felt good, and the crepes were nicely made. The single room was quite small, with just enough space by the window to open a 28-inch suitcase. The double room, however, was much larger and even had a mini-fridge. The downside was that the beds were too soft, which seems to be a common issue in Europe, and the curtains let in a lot of light, which is tough when it gets bright so early in Geneva during summer. Most importantly, it has air conditioning! Air conditioning! Air conditioning! It was an absolute lifesaver! Seriously, what on earth were those places I stayed in Zurich and Interlaken thinking, having no AC at all?!

This is my third stay at this hotel. Its location is fantastic, being just a 1-2 minute walk from the lake. The No. 15 bus stop is also a short stroll away. It's only two stops from the train station, or a pleasant 10-15 minute walk, which is convenient even with luggage. The UN headquarters are also just two stops away. The hotel provides free public transport passes, making getting around exceptionally easy. You'll find Lidl and Coop supermarkets just one stop away. The hotel breakfast features delicious homemade bread and croissants. While the selection isn't vast, everything is truly delicious, and you can smell the wonderfully fresh aroma starting as early as 5 AM each morning. The price was very reasonable for Geneva, and the room also comes with a kitchen, perfect if you prefer to cook your own meals. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied to have found such a great place in a city like Geneva!

First of all, the location is unbeatable. It’s only about a 10-minute walk to the famous waterfalls and the Old Town, which made everything so convenient. We could stroll out in the morning, explore all the beautiful spots, take photos, grab meals, and come back to rest without needing to drive. Being able to park the car and just walk everywhere was such a big plus. Yes, the hotel has a slightly older, classic style — but everything is clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. What really surprised me (in the best way!) was that our room came with a kitchenette. I did not expect that at all. Having a small kitchen setup made such a difference — we could prepare simple meals, make coffee, and feel a bit more “at home” instead of just staying in a typical hotel room. There was also a bathtub, which was another pleasant surprise. After a long day of walking around and sightseeing, being able to relax in a hot bath was perfect. Not many budget-friendly hotels provide that! For the price we paid, this is honestly one of the best deals in such a prime location. It’s affordable, practical, and provides everything you need for a comfortable stay — good space, useful amenities, parking convenience, and walking distance to all the attractions. If you are looking for a budget-friendly stay with excellent location and great value for money, this hotel is definitely worth considering. We would absolutely stay here again.

This hotel, Aparthotel Adagio Genève Mont-Blanc, is about a 10-minute walk from Geneva Central Station and easy to find. It's also just a 10-minute stroll to the lake to see the Jet d'Eau. The Geneva long-distance bus station is right next door, making it super convenient for trips to Chamonix and Annecy. The rooms are quite spacious, featuring a separate kitchen fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, induction hob, and all the pots and pans you need for cooking your own meals. While the breakfast selection isn't huge, they have a DIY fresh orange juice machine, which is a definite plus!

I was given an accessible room, which was very spacious and clean. The mini-fridge had one sparkling and one still bottle of mineral water. There's also a sauna among the public facilities. On one side of the hotel, there are a few well-rated restaurants, and a commercial complex is not far away. Several well-known supermarkets are within one kilometer of the hotel, which is very convenient. The shuttle service between the hotel and the airport is also very handy.

Location: 10-15m away from Munich Central Station, Königsplatz, Glyptothek, Pinakothek by foot. A bit further away from Munich Residence, Marienplatz, Viktualienmarkt, Englischer Garten but has public transport nearby. Room: Clean, size quite comfortable. Although the hallway was dusty and smelled a bit due to renovation work in the room opposite— merely screened off by plastic that kept coming loose. We could also hear tram from outside but was not too bothersome. Breakfast: A deception. Scramble eggs and pastries were so-so, coffee was also not good... We regretted choosing a room with breakfast deal. Not very varied, especially if staying for several nights. Bar: Open 24/7 but had no indication anywhere that cocktails or small bites were no longer available after a certain time. Staff: Staff were friendly Hotel & Service: Standard layout like other Ruby: Galley on each floor with tea, coffee available & ironing board Felt that service was not up to par with some other Ruby.

The hotel located near United Nations, public transportation is free by traveling in GENEVA, the hotel staff will help to register when you check in. The room was clean, but the furniture was a bit old as expected. The breakfast was offered by semi buffet, a variety of food selections, quality of food was nice.

The Green Marmot was the best interpretation of a great Japanese invention, the capsule hotel. As their popularity around the world grows leave it to the Swiss to nearly perfect the concept. The facility was brilliantly located only two blocks from the lake and at the Navigation beach. It was an easy walk to the port to take the lake ferries. Closer to the hotel, there are three major supermarkets to choose from. One minute away is the bus stop to the main train and bus station which is less than ten minutes. The same buses get you to connect anywhere in Geneve with ease. This is where a large city feels like a small town and every point of interest is just a few minutes away. The most important thing was the cleanliness of the hotel with its modern features which left one with a sense of wellbeing from having been there. The only drawbacks was there was only an electric tea kettle for hot water. A hot/induction plate would have been nice. However, the area was full of great restaurants of all prices ranges so you should never go hungry. I have stayed at capsule hotels all over the world and the Green Marmot is definitely one of my favorite places to visit.
