"I booked this as an 'airport hotel,' but you actually still need to take a shuttle bus. You have to wait for it outside the airport, where the taxis park. Geneva Airport's management isn't very convenient; there were no staff to ask, and I couldn't find any hotel parking signs. It took me ages to find the bus stop. All the shuttle buses for the various airport hotels seem to stop randomly, so you really have to search, especially if it's your first time staying at this hotel, as the bus names aren't always easy to recognize. I missed the first bus because it was too crowded, and the second one was also full – I almost missed it too! They run about every 20 minutes. Luckily, Trip.com's service was excellent and helped me with the address."

"I was drawn to this lakeside hotel and stayed here for three days, but I definitely won't be coming back. Here's why: 1. **Lake View:** While the hotel is near the lake, many private residences fence off the shoreline. You have to walk quite a distance to actually get close to the water, otherwise, you're just looking at walls or seeing the lake from a high vantage point. 2. **Breakfast:** It was awful! Awful! Awful! Seriously, don't bother buying it! Especially when they offer a 'discount' at check-in – absolutely do NOT buy it! It's not worth it and you can't get a refund! They make you sign a paper, and it's a very strict policy. Do not buy it, seriously. There's a big supermarket downstairs where you can easily grab some fruit, yogurt, and bread, which is far more than enough. 3. **Service Attitude:** Apart from a decent check-in on the first day, the service was terrible! And get this – when I tried to cancel my breakfast, they automatically checked me out! The next day, someone just opened my room door without knocking! I spoke up from inside, which startled them, and a few minutes later they claimed they were just cleaning. But I hadn't checked out, and I had a 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the door! I strongly suspect they were trying to steal something and then colluded with the hotel to pretend it was a cleaning service. How else could they have 'checked me out' by default when I hadn't returned my room card or gotten my deposit back? There was no official checkout process! And they were completely unreasonable about it! They actually believed that canceling breakfast meant I was checking out! What kind of logic is that?! And they were unwilling to offer any compensation! Even with Trip.com customer service intervening, they remained rigid, sticking to their 'unreasonable' rules. If you have other options, absolutely do not stay here! 4. **Regarding the transport card:** You have to actively ask for it; if you don't, you won't get one. Unlike other hotels I've stayed at, they don't proactively email you or provide it in advance. Don't come! Don't come! Don't come! (That's three times, emphasizing its importance). It's not worth it. Don't come here; it will make you unhappy and severely impact your travel experience."

"The room is very close to the train station and right next to Lake Geneva, offering beautiful views! There are also many restaurants nearby, making dining very convenient. The only downside is that the room is a bit small, and the bed is right up against the wall, which can feel a little inconvenient."

"An average experience. Finally, the twin beds were separated; in other hotels I stayed at in Switzerland, the twin beds were always pushed together. Breakfast was plentiful, but there were a lot of people. There's an airport shuttle, but it only seats eight people per trip. "Great location by the train station. The rooms are well-appointed and cozy. Cleaning and everything else was excellent. Good breakfast – my only wish would have been a wider selection of bread. The dinner menu was good – delicious food and quite reasonably priced, even for Switzerland. – I would choose the Warwick again for future trips to Geneva."

"The hotel was decent, and it had air conditioning. When I booked, breakfast wasn't included, but there's a big Coop supermarket right outside the hotel, which opens at 7 AM. Their bread is delicious and baked fresh daily. You can grab some milk and bread for breakfast. The supermarket also sells other things. The hotel room was fine, and the bathroom/washroom was relatively spacious and clean. I stayed for two nights and found it to be pretty good. Lake Geneva is just a 10-minute walk from the hotel, and the surroundings are lovely. Definitely recommend."
