The mall is accessible directly from the hotel floor via an elevator. The room is huge, clean, and the bed is very comfortable. There's a kettle, tea, and drinking water. "This is our third year celebrating Chinese New Year at the Sheraton Guan. Overall, it's pretty good; the room and dining services are excellent. Just a heads-up for anyone visiting in winter: avoid rooms facing south. They get incredibly hot. The hotel's central AC only blows hot air, and with the direct sunlight, the room becomes unbearable for sleeping. To make matters worse, the windows only open a tiny crack – it was truly a struggle!"

"The room is clean and the equipment is new, which is consistent with the pictures provided by the merchant. The TV can cast the screen, which I like. The only problem is that it is not soundproof. I don't know if it's because the door is thin or the gap under the door is large. People in the corridor can talk clearly at normal volume. I took my kids to the Wildlife Park for a day on May Day. We played too late, so we booked a hotel nearby. The Orange Hotel has a good reputation. The service of this hotel is very good, responsive, patient, and solved the problem quickly. Small gifts were given at check-in and check-out. Recommended!

The room was incredibly spacious and exceptionally bright. The breakfast spread was generous and absolutely delicious. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They even had a robot deliver breakfast vouchers and disposable cups to our room promptly. Even the housekeeping staff were attentive, proactively asking if we needed our room serviced. Complimentary parking was a huge plus. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers. Vienna Hotel will definitely be my top choice for future stays.
