The lobby is elegantly decorated and has a subtle, calming fragrance that instantly helps you relax. The front desk staff, especially the lady who assisted me, was incredibly kind. She upgraded my room for free and thoughtfully sent up fruit and a sweet soup. Service was very prompt. My room was spacious and bright, with soft, comfortable bedding, and a selection of pillows at different heights – I slept like a baby. The bathroom had a great dry/wet separation, brand-name toiletries, and excellent water pressure from the shower. Breakfast was abundant, offering both Chinese and Western options; the freshly made noodles and fried eggs were particularly delicious. Overall, the experience far exceeded my expectations. It's excellent value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit. Highly recommend it to everyone!"

"Jinhai Hotel brand has excellent hardware and a beautiful hot spring resort environment. It is my first time to stay in an executive suite. The area is large and the layout is not good. I could have added an extra single bed. It is a pity to waste space in the room. There are many sofas. There are not many varieties of breakfast in the hotel, which is rather average. Some varieties have already bottomed out around nine o'clock. The hot spring swimming pool and sports and fitness facilities are relatively high-end. Generally speaking, it is a good place for short-term relaxation."
