這次入住體驗真的很好，從各方面來説都非常棒，酒店位於市中心出行便利，環境也安靜，前台辦理入住很快熱情幫忙提醒你服務周到，房間也寬敞，裝修風格特別好，很温馨，產品舒適，衞浴乾濕分離，洗浴用品都是一次性的，早餐也特別豐富，現煮早餐味道特別棒，大阪大堂還有免費的茶飲，提供免費停車位設施和服務都被非常的好，商務出行或者家庭旅遊都很划算，性價比非常高，下次再來玩

這家城市便捷西湖店環境位置在雷州市中心，去西湖公園和雷州博物館很近，大堂和房間非常乾淨明亮，店長和前台小姐姐的服務態度親切，好有禮貌，帶我們去停好車登記好幫我們一家拿行李到房間很貼心，有給小朋友送了下糖果，房間衞生也乾淨安排了靠小區的房間，睡眠很好，洗澡熱水水量都好充足，八樓早歺種類多樣非常豐富，設施很齊全還又洗衣房洗衣機可以洗衣服，這次計劃去海南遊玩住宿體驗非常好，店長和前台也推薦去南極村和烏石的燈塔還不錯哦還可以，下次一定會再來入住

I had called the front desk to book a room on the 7th floor – a non-smoking room with plenty of sunlight and a great view. Getting around was very convenient; there were electric scooters right outside, easily taking me to all the attractions (except Leizu Temple). The breakfast was plentiful, with different options every day. I even got to try some local Leizhou snacks. On New Year's Day, the hotel even prepared black moss porridge, symbolizing wealth. The hotel also has a music bar, and Western food is also available. From the security guards to the staff, everyone was very friendly and attentive. The hotel was very clean, with a pleasant environment and complete facilities, especially the hairdryer – it was fantastic! Overall, I highly recommend it. Next time I'm in Leizhou, I'll definitely choose this hotel again. By the way, there's a strawberry farm behind the hotel, and next to it is No. 7 Beef, Lamb, and Chicken Hot Pot Restaurant, where the papaya lamb is a specialty! 😍
