"Nice room and friendly staffs. The breakfast is ok. I wish they do away with DIY egg station as it is really troublesome to fry 1 egg at the time. Will prefer if the eggs are pre-fried and serve in the buffet instead. Front office staffs/ cafe staffs and housekeepers are really friendly. If there is a dryer together with the DIy washer will be a bonus."

Room comes with books about Qiong Hai, and also tea set if you would like to brew your own Chinese Tea. It has great selection of breakfast buffet. The milk tea is silky and delicious. Shared laundry and you can request for help from staff to help out if they are available. I wished this hotel comes with own laundry so I don't need to wait in line. Highly recommended to families."

Quality brands like Panasonic offer these for under a thousand yuan. Smart toilet seats are quite common in many Chinese households now and are a significant consideration for many guests when traveling. Replacing them with fully smart models would be a major upgrade and a key factor for many potential guests."

"The room was clean and the staff service was very good. The weather was cold when our family checked in. The service staff saw us with children and took the initiative to inform us that the air conditioner could be cooled and could not be heated. We proposed to add an extra quilt and immediately helped solve it. After checking in, I found that the wash basin could not provide hot water, but the bath water was very hot. The smart room system is fantastic; no need to hunt for switches – I can just call out to turn on the lights or adjust the AC, which is perfect for someone as lazy as me. The Mlily zero-pressure mattress was incredibly comfortable. After a tiring day of accompanying someone, lying on it really helped my whole body relax, and I slept wonderfully. I booked the audio-visual room, and watching movies on the 100-inch screen was amazing. Catching up on shows after a busy evening was such a stress reliever.
