As for cleanliness: The bath towels were clean, but the duvet wasn't clean on the first day. We complained and they replaced it with a new one. The pool is not really clean because I found wet wipes in the pool including breakfast time, the staff did not immediately clean the table, I called the staff to clean the table first. A 10-minute drive takes you to the larger Tang City Mall, which offers more choices. It's about 20-30 minutes from the airport. The staff were very welcoming and explained everything clearly, always willing to be flexible and help guests with any issues. The downside is the cleanliness. The bed was okay, but the bathroom felt quite unhygienic due to its age. Overall, the place felt very old and dated."

Although the room was not very spacious, it was still convenient and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Cons: There was an unpleasant sewer smell in the bathroom. Room service could be improved — on the first day, I waited a little over an hour for my order, and on the following day, I waited for two hours but never received any. It seems my order may have been overlooked, so I ended up canceling it and ordering via Grab instead. However, it is a good stay and good value for money in overall."

Walking around outside the hotel at night may not be ideal for everyone. Overall, d'primahotel Tangerang is a very good choice for travellers looking for an affordable, comfortable, and convenient airport-area hotel in Tangerang. The friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable rooms, and easy airport access make it a hotel I would happily stay at again."

"Hotel apartment is located in the shopping mall area. Basically you can find anything nearby. 3 times stayed here, always get a room with old sofa, old towel. Others are OK. Still acceptable."
