"We visited in September 2026. Great hotel with great Onsen and spacious room for a couple. It has great breakfast that is if Dormy Inn’s tradition. Coffee, Hot water and Juices at the Lobby. Ice cream at the hot bath floor on the 9th. Light ramen for the hungry from 10-11pm. There are also many washing machines for your laundry for free! Now on Onsen, it has a spectacular view of the mountains ranges either outdoor or indoor. The morning bath is the most therapeutic for me watching the fog, the sunrise and the mountain in motion naturally. It has ample free parking lots. Only the parking lots beside the hotel are limited. We love it!"

"The hotel was very comfortable, felt upscale, and was immaculately clean. However, the sofa felt a bit itchy when I checked in. I'm allergic to dust mites, so it might be because the sofa was too dusty. Something to keep in mind. Overall, I was very satisfied and would definitely consider staying in their hotel group next time."

"Although the room is a bit small, it's very well-designed, making it easy for guests to store luggage. It's clean, comfortable, and the facilities and services are excellent. As a ski resort hotel, it's conveniently located near the shuttle stop. After skiing, you can relax in the large public bath, and there's even a kids' lounge, making it very family-friendly."

"This was the most satisfying hotel on our Hokkaido trip. Although the facilities were a bit old, the service was absolutely perfect. 1. **Check-in experience:** We arrived around 1 PM by taxi from Hoshino Resorts (about 23,000 JPY). Unlike other Hokkaido hotels, the front desk didn't make us wait for the official check-in time. They promptly gave us our room cards, allowing us to drop off our luggage, rest a bit, and then head straight to the top floor for lunch, instead of going up and down. This was excellent. 2. **Dining experience:** Breakfast was on B1, and the milk was exceptionally good. For lunch, we had Italian food on the top floor. The taste was decent, and the view was fantastic, overlooking the picturesque landscape of Furano. The lunch service was also excellent. 3. **Room experience:** Finally, a duvet with a fully enclosed duvet cover! (In the previous days, including at Hoshino Resorts, the duvets were only half-covered, supposedly for 'environmental reasons' but actually for cost-saving. They would easily slip off, leaving you in direct contact with the potentially unclean duvet. The Furano Prince Hotel gets a thumbs-up for this!) The room was clean and tidy, and although not large, it could still accommodate a 30-inch suitcase. 4. **Surroundings:** It's a convenient 2-minute walk to Ningle Terrace and the cable car. There's also a lavender bus stop right outside the hotel, and you can buy tickets and check the schedule in the lobby. Although the hotel is a bit far from other Furano attractions, taxis and Uber are readily available and quick. I must commend the hotel's service again. I accidentally twisted my ankle on the steps leading down to Ningle Terrace one evening. My husband went to the front desk for help, and I saw hotel staff rushing out with a wheelchair and an ice pack, even when guests weren't looking. They were incredibly attentive and helpful, and I'm very, very grateful for that 🙏"

They willingly offered to let me check in an hour earlier as the room is already cleaned and ready - something which most other hotels refuse to do at zero fee. Excellent location close to the Furano train/bus station, with a supermart and a pharmacy close by. And an awesome lamb shabu place at the back of the hotel. The place is admittedly old and furnishing worn out, with scratches on the wall and stuff, but overall a great place to sta"

"2nd time staying at this hotel. Location is a few km from town centre, but not an issue if you are driving as it takes only a few minutes. Room is spacious and clean. Lounge service provided for all staying guests, which included manual DIY grinding coffee and local wine. A pity this time round, breakfast does not serve Dutch Baby (pancake with DIY toppings), which we truly enjoyed during the last visit."

"We recently stayed at Furano Winery Hitohana Hotel and had a very enjoyable experience overall. The hotel exceeded our expectations in many aspects, and I would like to commend the team for providing such a comfortable and welcoming stay. One of the biggest highlights was the thoughtful range of complimentary amenities. Having free washing machines and dryers was incredibly convenient, especially for travellers on longer trips. The onsen was clean, relaxing and well maintained, and we appreciated the complimentary green tea, roasted green tea, lemon water and drinking water available outside the onsen, which made the experience even more refreshing. The staff were consistently warm, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They were always willing to assist whenever we had questions, which made us feel genuinely welcomed. Our room was spacious, quiet and very well equipped. The kitchenette was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare simple meals. We were also pleasantly surprised that the hotel had already prepared a proper bed for the third person in our group before our arrival. The refrigerator included a freezer compartment, which was particularly useful for storing ice cream and frozen food that we purchased during our trip. We also appreciated that complimentary coffee and tea were available throughout our stay. One of the most memorable experiences was the daily complimentary wine tasting during happy hour. As an added bonus, the hotel also provided us with a voucher to redeem a complimentary bottle of wine at Furano Winery, which was a wonderful gesture and a unique way to showcase the local winery. While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, I hope the hotel will consider a few areas for improvement. The hotel's location is slightly away from central Furano, so having a car is highly recommended. This was not a major issue for us, but guests relying on public transport may find it less convenient. The parking arrangement could also be improved. The car park is located about a three-minute walk uphill from the hotel. While the distance itself is manageable, the walking path consists of loose stones without a proper pavement. At night, the area is very dark, and during rainy weather, it can become slippery and potentially hazardous, particularly for elderly guests or those with mobility issues. Additional lighting and a paved walkway would greatly improve both safety and accessibility. Lastly, although breakfast was enjoyable, we found the selection somewhat limited compared to other hotels we have stayed at in Furano. For example, during our previous stay at La Vista Furano, the breakfast offered a wider variety of Japanese specialties, including fresh sashimi and Furano melon, as well as complimentary late-night soba, which created a more memorable dining experience. At Furano Winery Hitohana, the breakfast leaned more towards Western offerings. Expanding the selection of local Japanese dishes and regional specialties would further enhance the overall guest experience. Despite these suggestions, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly recommend Furano Winery Hitohana Hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful, spacious and comfortable accommodation in Furano. The generous complimentary amenities, excellent service and thoughtful hospitality made our stay truly memorable. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit such an enjoyable one."

"1. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Kitanomine ski resort, just across the street. Ski rentals are available directly at the hotel, and there's a very enthusiastic young man from Taiwan who works there. The prices are also the cheapest, highly recommended. 2. Transportation: There's a direct bus from New Chitose Airport that stops right at the hotel entrance, making it a seamless journey. The bus stop for Biei and Asahikawa is directly opposite the hotel's main entrance, with a direct Lavender Bus service that accommodates luggage. 3. Dining: We booked breakfast and dinner. Breakfast has a 1-hour limit, and dinner has a 90-minute limit. Both breakfast and dinner were very rich and plentiful. Dinner even included BBQ, though the dishes didn't change daily. Beer and sake were all-you-can-drink. 4. Entertainment: The hotel offers free 24-hour beverage machines. There are also scheduled times daily for roasted marshmallows, baked potatoes, cookies, and beer time, which the kids really enjoyed. There's also a children's play area. 5. Room: We had a triple room. The room wasn't very big and was a bit dated, but the heating was excellent. 6. Onsen (Hot Spring): There are two pools, one at room temperature and one at 40 degrees Celsius. It was quiet and not crowded."

"Very large space. Almost a perfect place to live in. It is very well equipped and looks new. The projector in the bedroom is amazing. Check-in is simple. The only thing that comes to my concern over the heater. It may not be enough to raise the temperature especially under snowy weather, as the room is big. Highly recommended."
