"We visited in September 2026. Great hotel with great Onsen and spacious room for a couple. It has great breakfast that is if Dormy Inn’s tradition. Coffee, Hot water and Juices at the Lobby. Ice cream at the hot bath floor on the 9th. Light ramen for the hungry from 10-11pm. There are also many washing machines for your laundry for free! Now on Onsen, it has a spectacular view of the mountains ranges either outdoor or indoor. The morning bath is the most therapeutic for me watching the fog, the sunrise and the mountain in motion naturally. It has ample free parking lots. Only the parking lots beside the hotel are limited. We love it!"

"The hotel was very comfortable, felt upscale, and was immaculately clean. However, the sofa felt a bit itchy when I checked in. I'm allergic to dust mites, so it might be because the sofa was too dusty. Something to keep in mind. Overall, I was very satisfied and would definitely consider staying in their hotel group next time."

They willingly offered to let me check in an hour earlier as the room is already cleaned and ready - something which most other hotels refuse to do at zero fee. "This was the most satisfying hotel on our Hokkaido trip. Although the facilities were a bit old, the service was absolutely perfect. 1. **Check-in experience:** We arrived around 1 PM by taxi from Hoshino Resorts (about 23,000 JPY). Unlike other Hokkaido hotels, the front desk didn't make us wait for the official check-in time. They promptly gave us our room cards, allowing us to drop off our luggage, rest a bit, and then head straight to the top floor for lunch, instead of going up and down. This was excellent. 2. **Dining experience:** Breakfast was on B1, and the milk was exceptionally good. For lunch, we had Italian food on the top floor. The taste was decent, and the view was fantastic, overlooking the picturesque landscape of Furano. The lunch service was also excellent. 3. **Room experience:** Finally, a duvet with a fully enclosed duvet cover! (In the previous days, including at Hoshino Resorts, the duvets were only half-covered, supposedly for 'environmental reasons' but actually for cost-saving. They would easily slip off, leaving you in direct contact with the potentially unclean duvet. The Furano Prince Hotel gets a thumbs-up for this!) The room was clean and tidy, and although not large, it could still accommodate a 30-inch suitcase. 4. **Surroundings:** It's a convenient 2-minute walk to Ningle Terrace and the cable car. There's also a lavender bus stop right outside the hotel, and you can buy tickets and check the schedule in the lobby. Although the hotel is a bit far from other Furano attractions, taxis and Uber are readily available and quick. I must commend the hotel's service again. I accidentally twisted my ankle on the steps leading down to Ningle Terrace one evening. My husband went to the front desk for help, and I saw hotel staff rushing out with a wheelchair and an ice pack, even when guests weren't looking. They were incredibly attentive and helpful, and I'm very, very grateful for that 🙏"

"The hotel staff welcomed us kindly and guided us through the check in process upon arrival. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice toilet inside. The hotel provides a small public onsen (hot spring bath) for stayers. Near the entrance was a spacious resting area where you can chill and work, provided with comfy sofa and free matcha. I personally enjoyed the area and worked for a few hours there, it was quite a relaxing experience. Overall would recommend."

"This newly renovated hotel only opened in May, but everything feels rough and haphazard. I think the owner genuinely wants to run Furano's top hotel, as there aren't many standout hotels in the area. However, I have to say it's not very successful. The most frustrating part is the shower in the bathroom. Guests have to stand in a curved bathtub and awkwardly pull out the showerhead to bathe. I wonder what the designer was thinking? Have they ever tried using it themselves? Can someone with soap on them stand steadily in that tub? Was that even considered? There were many other unsatisfactory aspects that I won't go into. The lobby, though, is quite grand and nice – a definite plus for the hotel, but guests can't stay in the lobby. Anyway, the beds and pillows chosen for the rooms are mediocre, and the morning sun shines right through the curtains, making the room too bright."

"This house is great ! If anyone looks for the house to stay with family or friends, I recommend this house. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, washing machine and kitchen area. You can park your car. But I recommend who deciding to stay here, this house is located on county road. The road is very dark."

"Great house, with all amenities we need. Easy check-in, instructions were clear. The staff has turned on the AC before we checked in the house after a hot day out. It’s very sweet and detail-minded. The house is nicely kept, very clean, tidy and neat. We really appreciate the owner equipped the house well and great amenities. This is a hidden gem in Furano. We really enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend to the others. I hope we will come back during the ski season."

"We recently stayed at Furano Winery Hitohana Hotel and had a very enjoyable experience overall. The hotel exceeded our expectations in many aspects, and I would like to commend the team for providing such a comfortable and welcoming stay. One of the biggest highlights was the thoughtful range of complimentary amenities. Having free washing machines and dryers was incredibly convenient, especially for travellers on longer trips. The onsen was clean, relaxing and well maintained, and we appreciated the complimentary green tea, roasted green tea, lemon water and drinking water available outside the onsen, which made the experience even more refreshing. The staff were consistently warm, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They were always willing to assist whenever we had questions, which made us feel genuinely welcomed. Our room was spacious, quiet and very well equipped. The kitchenette was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare simple meals. We were also pleasantly surprised that the hotel had already prepared a proper bed for the third person in our group before our arrival. The refrigerator included a freezer compartment, which was particularly useful for storing ice cream and frozen food that we purchased during our trip. We also appreciated that complimentary coffee and tea were available throughout our stay. One of the most memorable experiences was the daily complimentary wine tasting during happy hour. As an added bonus, the hotel also provided us with a voucher to redeem a complimentary bottle of wine at Furano Winery, which was a wonderful gesture and a unique way to showcase the local winery. While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, I hope the hotel will consider a few areas for improvement. The hotel's location is slightly away from central Furano, so having a car is highly recommended. This was not a major issue for us, but guests relying on public transport may find it less convenient. The parking arrangement could also be improved. The car park is located about a three-minute walk uphill from the hotel. While the distance itself is manageable, the walking path consists of loose stones without a proper pavement. At night, the area is very dark, and during rainy weather, it can become slippery and potentially hazardous, particularly for elderly guests or those with mobility issues. Additional lighting and a paved walkway would greatly improve both safety and accessibility. Lastly, although breakfast was enjoyable, we found the selection somewhat limited compared to other hotels we have stayed at in Furano. For example, during our previous stay at La Vista Furano, the breakfast offered a wider variety of Japanese specialties, including fresh sashimi and Furano melon, as well as complimentary late-night soba, which created a more memorable dining experience. At Furano Winery Hitohana, the breakfast leaned more towards Western offerings. Expanding the selection of local Japanese dishes and regional specialties would further enhance the overall guest experience. Despite these suggestions, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly recommend Furano Winery Hitohana Hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful, spacious and comfortable accommodation in Furano. The generous complimentary amenities, excellent service and thoughtful hospitality made our stay truly memorable. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit such an enjoyable one."
